The stack everything on top of the nachos breaking everything and leaving the topping on the top of the container. They hand the DoorDash an empty cup KNOWING it’s a beverage they only have behind the counter, forget half of your order can’t even read the receipt of what is ordered and have a pinch of cheese in the quesadillas??? Like what

Do not go to this tacobell. They are always out of items. They are slow. I've waited in the drive-thru for 20 min and was only behind 4 cars. It seems there new night manager only cares about his metrics not food quality or service.
Order is usually wrong and we are always missing something. I feel like because they have a big name like Taco Bell means they can slack off and be lazy

Close doors early BS
Didn’t have half our order, wrote sorry on receipt. Food we did get was sub par. Mexican pizza was soggy and uncut. Nachos had the toppings that weren’t forgotten all on one side in a pile of mush, tortillas for the tacos were stale. Absolutely garbage

The lady working the drive through window 11/30/24 at 10:20am absolutely shouldn’t have a job there. If you’re THAT miserable working at Taco Bell, find something else. Rolled her eyes and slammed the window in our face when we politely asked for hot sauce. Hopefully, management reads these reviews.

I went through the drive through Nov 24th at 12:10. I had to go inside because they forgot a burrito. The young girl that made it, pretty much threw the bag on the counter to me and walked away. When I got home the burrito’s were just sloppy put together and had hardly any meat in them, all flour. The customer service was disgusting. She should not be working there.
This location is absolutely terrible! The staff here is one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. The food was cold and the prices are ridiculous now. Never go here ever!

Stopped in today 10/31 to grab our shop employees breakfast and they're closed at 8am! So much for breakfast crunch wraps for the guys 🤦♂️

Staff can't count items on a receipt. This is the 3rd time I've ordered food and have been shorted. Fix the problem. Learn to count order items.

it’s taco bell, so i’m not expecting much, but to get 4 out of 5 items wrong is ABSURD. Got a grilled cheese burrito which they swapped out for a cheesy beef burrito, similar but not quite and a $7 difference. got 2 nacho fries but for some reason the fries were left out and only the cheese was included. we got the new cheez it tostada and only the cheez it was included NONE of the toppings. to top it off everything was cold and gross. Again it’s taco bell you can’t expect much from them ever and a mess up here and there on an order, whatever, but this is absolutely ridiculous.
This has to be the worst taco bell, I have ever been to. I was in line for 15 min, still no one waited on me . The girl doing drive thru. As no sense of customer service. The man that ordered food was still waiting for his food when I walked out. No wonder they have a 3.1 ratings. I imagine this will go even lower. And the place just looked dirty.
This location consistently messes up my order. They put sour cream when I ask for no sour cream, forget to put my chips in the bag, and very rarely give me my order with no errors. I understand it’s just taco bell and I can’t expect too much, but I at least except to receive all of the items that I pay for. I wouldn’t bother writing a review if this didn’t happen so often, but I swear it is more rare for me to get my order the way I ask for it than it is for me to get something completely wrong. Most of the kids working here are nice, but they often have an attitude at the intercom or seem inconvenienced that customers come through the line. I’m sure everyone has there reasons, i work food service too so I get it. However, if you’re going to ask me to round up to pay for your college, you can be kind and give me what I order, correctly, at the bare minimum.
