I usually stop by there in the mornings before work but today I gave feedback in person and this is the chai tea I got after. Disheartening.

I got here, the barista was really nice and stuff, but I didn’t like how I ordered a 32 oz drink and got only filled up about a little more from half way, same with my 16 oz it was filled up about 75%. All because I asked for no ice. I always ask for my drinks with no ice because they water down easily, and I wanted this to last me all day, well apparently not. And I feel like it was a really bad service because this all cost me $26, like if i’m paying $26 for 1 extra large drink, 2 medium drinks and 1 muffin then I better get a fully filled extra large drink, 2 fully filled medium drinks and my warm muffin. Definitely not coming back to this place!

I went to the human bean this morning to get an Americano. Usually their mochas are delicious and hot. My Americano tasted watered down and barely warm. The Americano wasn’t quite hot enough. Their breakfast burritos are kind of gross and they need a new brand of burritos! Their bread slices are always moist and yummy. I was a little disappointed in the quality of my coffee.

By far my favorite coffee stop! The Bees Knees iced is the best cold coffee drink. Honey & Lavender. So delicious. The service at this location is always fast & friendly.

I stopped by the LaSalle Stand a few days ago and wanted to try something new, Lex the manager in LaSalle made me the most amazing drink, Iced snowy with pomegranate and it tasted better then I expected. Dez and Randi were literally scrubbing the drain and tiles on the floor!! Everytime we go we always get the best service at the LaSalle location. We will actually go out of our way to stop at the LaSalle 1!! This trip was extra amazing just seeing how much pride those girls take in having a clean store!!

I don’t know how these ladies keep such a positive mood regardless which time of the day you go there whether it’s early morning or late during the day, but they do create an awesome atmosphere which sets the mood for your day too. And coffee is nice as well:)
Love the Human Bean!!! We've been going to the human being for many, many years and it is always a great cup of coffee or drink anytime we go here. I love the classic dark roast drip coffee which is some of the best I've had along with an iced vanilla latte or, my favorite the Mexi Mocha.....🔥🔥🔥 The surface is always wonderful and the girls that work there are always so nice. They definitely do their best job to get the cars through the line and on their way. The drinks are definitely consistent no matter which human being you go to, from what I've seen. Out of all the coffee shops that we can go to, we always love Human Bean.
