My friend and I tried this place for the first time tonight. To say that it was amazing would be an understatement! Stephanie was stellar! The ambiance was on point. The view was epic.the food was delicious. The drinks were carefully hand-crafted with carefully and love. I literally hesitate to share this for fear that too many people will start going here! So. Coming. Back.

I have down graded to four stars for two reasons; not so great Steak Kabobs and very slow service. BUT, my wife had the Short Ribs and my son had the Pelican Lake Ribeye, both of which were excellent. See pictures below. The Stake Kabobs were a real mixed bag. Some of the meat was over cooked and only a piece or two were lukewarm, the rest were room temperature. And the meat had a subtle chalky taste to it that was off putting. We always request table 54 where the view is by far the best. My husband enjoyed the special this evening which was mini lamb chops and I loved the steak kabob. Our server was attentive and made sure our evening was eventful.
We will always love the lodge for their kind staff and amazing food.
