Very nice place. Bowling was very fun. The manager was extremely professional and kind, the same goes for the workers.

What in the world … $82 to bowl for 1hour, 1 lane, with 4 pairs of shoes. That is actually crazy

Great time. We had 40 people show up they accommodated us and kept the people moving and having fun. The one server was overwhelmed but stepped up like a champ and made it work. Thank you for the fun for the kids and adults alike.

Disorganized party, broken laser tag, useless party coordinator.

Had my son's bday party here. Paid for two laser tag sessions and extra arcade points.

The party "planner" never reviewed any kind of time line with me and when we arrived for the party I learned that the first laser tag session started exactly at 1pm when the party was also scheduled to begin. Many of the guests hadn't arrived and those who did arrive exactly at 1 were still walking through the door and taking coats off etc. I immediately requested either a refund or a time slot which they did accommodate (new time slot) but only after they tried to tell me I had approved this schedule which is completely untrue. I was never provided a schedule of any kind and in fact asked many times when I booked the party what the timeline would be but was provided vague answers only. I pulled up all email communication with the party planner to show that no schedule had been provided and was then given another party time. I was also told that there are a lot of parties that day. I don't care. I booked this party MONTHS ago and was still given a non-functional start time and not even given advance warning (I could have reached out to all of the guests to ask them to arrive early).

Then we discovered that they had only put $10 on the cards even though I paid extra to have $20. So we had to take time while the boys all stood there waiting to wait in line to talk to the manager and get it sorted out.

The first laser tag was awesome but when we played a second time we discovered that only half of the vests worked. I had to change vests THREE times in the middle, there was one kid who was completely immune and nobody was ever able to score on him. Multiple other guests also have nonfunctional vests. We did complain and they admitted that their vests are old and many of them do not work, yet they continue to schedule laser tag??? They gave me $100 in arcade game credits which I didn't even ask for but I'm guessing they get so many complaints about the laser tag that they are trained to just give people cards to pacify them.

The food was awful and our party coordinator admitted to me that she didn't really know what she was going and was new. She was basically a waitress who didn't do anything other than bring the pizza out at the time it was scheduled and even then we had to get her off her phone to go get the pizza from the kitchen. She was very sweet, but couldn't be counted for any assistance really.

Overall the kids had fun and that's definitely what matters but what a hot mess and super stressful. In the future, I would probably be better off just telling kids to show up and buying them a laser tag and some arcade points and not even messing with the chaotic party planners and that way we can do what we want when we want.

Took a date to the arcade. Half the games were busted, missing balls or wore out. We could have went to the dollar store and spent $5 and had more fun.
