Walker did an exceptional job getting a bunch of orders (mine was for 6 people) filling the orders, dealing with some rude requests (not me:), and expediting my 2nd order (I forgot several fries and a frosty!). It was lunch rush. He did it all with a smile, politeness, good communication to both customers and staff, and calm demeanor. It was fast food, but fresh and hot. Can tell this is a well managed location. Enjoyable experience!

Ashley, at least that's what she said her name was, refused to give us the price listed on the drive through menu and refused to adjust the price to the advertised price on the menu, even though it was clearly depicted and apparently is false advertising then. I have reported her poor service to higher management.

Went in for dine-in because drive thru looked very busy. Turned out to be a mistake because our order took a very long time to complete. Also, judging by the crispness of the bacon, they must have had that cooking the entire time because about half of the bacon in 4 items we ordered was nearly as crunchy as I would imagine glass to be. With prices rising so high, it’s very disappointing that quality of food and service is not increasing along with it. Other than that, I guess it was okay at best.

Friendly Very polite morning and evening staff. The lunch crew loathes their job and favors the drive through. They have their slowest employee on the frobt counter taken the high school orders and bagging the food. There where two younger people working thr drive through. when i asked them if someone could take my order bc the DT was clear. The girl said " you can wait for her or order at the self kiosk." pointing to the older lady as she just stood doing nothing. I SMH and just left.

Food is good, not exactly cheap fast food anymore, it's getting kinda pricey. A typical medium meal is about 12 dollars anymore. Employees are friendly, fast and courteous though.

Usually pretty fast and always friendly. However, they never seem to get the order right. Most of the time I get 1 sandwich with a small modification that rarely happens but I get charged for it!
For 20 bucks I’m really upset that I got two rock hard English muffins we couldn’t even eat them they were so hard. Didn’t give us a receipt, so much for a filling breakfast 👎🏻 does everything around Windsor suck? 😭 not to mention we waited like 20 mins, trash

Their biscuits and gravy are good but don't give enough gravy. So they'll charge for "extra" gravy, but there really isn't any "extra gravy" on it. The gravy is what makes it. And they're lacking on it and charging for it.

The manager Carla is incredible! I love her attitude and worth ethic. I know this location has had a lot of changes over this last year and I can tell that they’re improving so much! I would 100% recommend! The managers and staff are working hard even with a short staff. Give the staff the love they deserve!
