This is the third time you guys have overcharged me for food that is still frozen. Why are my chicken patties frozen in the middle? I don’t have the luxury of being able to go back and buy more food right now at the moment so thank you for doing this to me for a third time.

Serve me a raw spicy chicken sandwich.
When I returned it to the counter, the girl came to this was not the first time. She answered me before I told her what was wrong. I said my chicken is, and she said RAW?
This sucks, I love Wendy’s, but I will never go to that Wendy’s ever again.

Quick service but the 10 piece of spicy nuggets were really dry to get down compared to what I am used to. The burger and baconator fries were too salty.

The food there is good and the deals on the app are AMAZING. Would be 5 stars but it took them longer than it should have for them to make my meal, especially when I chose for it to be ready ASAP on the app.

This Wendy's has gone downhill since the old crew left. I remember helping open this place, being proud of that, working my butt off to give this place a glowing performance with the crew that I'd come to respect.

Nicole Franco was a good manager. The new ones seem uninterested in their establishment. The people on the line? Looking to me while I waited up front for an order to be taken. The food? Average, bland. Practically tasteless. I'm sad that this place went downhill. I spent 3 and a half years working to make this place as good as it could be, and now it's just as bad as the McDonald's just up the street, just more expensive. I'd rather go there than eat here again, in spite of superior products.

Please, Nicole, if you see this? I miss the vibe you brought to this place. I miss the vibe that the crew had, and the passion to do a good job. Hire more people that exemplify Wendy's core values and beliefs.

My eleven year old daughter very carefully ordered her Single with Ketchup, tomato, lettuce, and cheese.

It came just as she ordered it. I know because I unwrapped it as she ate my Baconator.

She is now a Baconator/Mayo fan...

Placed an online order earlier this evening to get food on my way home. There was 10 minutes at least between me placing the order and getting to the restaurant. I got there pulled through the drive-through and told them I had a pick up order. They told me to pull pass to the second window so I did then they parked me. And 3 to 4 cars behind me all got their food before I got mine. I waited almost 15 minutes to get my food. And when the food was finally brought out to me, not even a sorry or anything. They just handed me the food and walked away. Normally, we have great service when we come through here but today, was the complete opposite. Pretty disappointed with the manager on duty and staff.
