What's new? Another fast food joint that forgot half the order. For overpriced chicken, you'd think that could atleast include it all. This little after COVID stint is getting old. I'd be fired if I made mistakes like this on a consistent basis working fast food when I was in my teens.

Restaurant has gone downhill. When you have to wait over 50 minutes to get an order of wings and their not that busy as there was a lot of open seats is bad in my opinion. Overpriced, for what you get and when the female cashiers are hugging their friends and chit chatting, while there are people waiting to place, orders is unacceptable.

Ordered food online. Went to Pick it up and have been waiting for over an hour! Still no food! It’s like this every time I have come here. You would think I would learn my lesson by now. The service sucks in the Windsor Co. restaurant. They are way too understaffed for how busy they are! And to top it all off they are still taking orders! I’ve seen Food delivery services abandon people’s online orders. Leaving people who paid to have it delivered with no food coming. Insanity!
