I have been trying to cut coffee out of my life, as amazing as it is at Ziggy's! What I am having the hardest time cutting out is the customer service that I get when I go. The folks that work at this specific location keep me coming back no matter how hard I try to tell myself no. They are super friendly, they always make me smile, if I'm having a bad day, I know going to Ziggy's we'll always make it better. They are super friendly while taking my order, super informative, they always make sure I'm getting the correct amount of flavoring when I ask for extra. They are very attentive, and quite convincing when they have any extras to add on like food. I will always come back to this location just for their friendly faces, even though I passed several other Ziggy's on my commute.
My five star is for the coffee, because it is absolutely amazing, but it's mostly for the kind folks that work at this location.
