I went with a groups of friends. I got tapeworms a few months later due to the meat that I had was super undercooked. I also watched someone dropped a knife on the floor and he picked it back up and continued to cut with it.

Andy is the best bartender!! Excellent service and the happy hour is amazing! The best pho in the area. The views are amazing. Happy hour 2-6 daily and the margaritas are incredible. I highly recommend this place and thank you Andy for the excellent service!

Food is great! The pho is the best in Town.

The brisket was dry and carried no smoke flavor at all. It appeared to be oven roasted. The people were very nice and the atmosphere was great, but the food was just ok.

The food was really good, I got a bowl of their grilled chicken Pho and it was amazing.

Ordered the chicken on a stick from the new Asian menu. Got 3, delicious - teriyaki, flavorful and juicy. Friendly and attentive server. Country music on the speakers.

Good food, not amazing BBQ but good. Service was a bit slow and took awhile but friendly.

I have lived here a couple years and come prob once a month or so. I started noticing different food prep in the last few months. I thought maybe a change in ownership and I was correct. Looks like they sold to someone who is a bit stingy, and cutting some corners. As another reviewer wrote, locals will probably start going elsewhere, while tourists maybe keep providing business. (This barbecue place is barbecue and Asian food, the previous owners owned several restaurants in the area).

Food:
I was getting the Asian Rice bowl with chicken and before it would come with a brown sauce or even a red coconut curry sauce. Now it is like a watery red liquid with some onions. It doesn’t add much flavor. I would recommend bringing back the brown sauce. That recipe was much better.

I asked for a pulled chicken sandwich the other day and they were out. Others have mentioned food not available as well.

I have had the black bean burger before under the previous owner and that burger was great! The last two times I got it, I could tell it was a thinner veggie patty, last one I had tasted mushroom. I would recommend to bring back the previous owners black bean burger it was really good. This new one wasnt very tasty.

A couple of weeks ago I got baked beans as a side as part of a to-go order and the beans must have been in fridge, because they were cold in my container.

Prices seem more or less the same, but seems like less workers, and they are all learning their new checkout system.

I always hope new ownership means improvements and not cuts in quality. I rather pay a little more for better quality. Hope they can make more improvements in the food, and help bring back the locals! I hesitate to return soon.

Interesting spot. The first BBQ taproom that also serves Pho in America. IDK about the PHO, but the bbq is not good. Baked beans were great. The waitress was also entertaining. It's clearly an old bk lounge and you can hear everyone's conversation because there's no music or sports on. Very weird .

BEWARE MY PREGNANT FIANCÉ GOT SICK FROM THE PULLED CHICKEN!

The place was nice, server was good in the start but then forgot about us even though we were 1 of 2 customers. The food was mixed. My ribs were good, my sons deep fried chicken was ok. The pulled chicken was very dry and looked weird. My fiancé barely touched it. She got sick in the middle of the night. She's okay now.

Sides:
The green beans were not great, the rest was fine. (mashed potatoes, fries, beans)

Because of the food poisoning I can't recommend it, the chicken looked like it was reheated and old.

Although the place is neat, the service and food were very disappointing.

Spare yourself the troubles and find a more local place to try, or any fast food in the area.

We've been coming here awhile however some issues have come up. First, the service on our last visit was terrible. The bartender was not nice, was not accommodating, acted like the customers were there for her instead of the other way around. I ordered an appetizer for my meal and my wife had a sandwich. My order came out long before hers even though it was a meal for me so much so that I was done eating it before she even got hers. I asked the bartender about this and there was no apology, just the answer that it was fried so it comes out faster. Well, I've worked in the service industry for years when I was younger and that's not how you do it when it's a meal, it comes at the same time as the other meals. In addition to that when I asked the question she acted like she didn't even know what I was talking about. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this particular bartender either.

Regarding the service, you see some of the issue above but also just a bad attitude like asking for anything was a burden to her. Anything we asked for was like it was putting her out. Another customer asked about how many of something was included and her answer was that she just didn't know and then said do you need me to go ask. Well, first why don't you know as that's your job as the server, and second of course you need to go ask. Yes, the customer has a question that you don't know the answer to so you go find out. You realize you are getting tipped for things like this right? Do your job. All I can see there is a sense of entitlement like she should get her tips no matter how bad the service, again that people are there for her instead of her for them.

Then about the food. Well, we've had issues especially lately where they are out of everything we try to order and end up with something we really didn't want. In addition to that there are definite quality issues. The appetizer I ordered above was pork spring rolls. On the picture in the menu they looked big and beefy and like they were made by hand. What I got were basically grocery store rolls that were tiny with barely any meat in them, mostly lettuce, and I believe the same ones you get for free when you order a meal from the owner's Chinese restaurant in town. They were garbage that we paid a fair amount for. When I asked why they were different than the menu picture the answer I got was, well we need to update the pictures. Again, no apology, no recognition of the problem or any attempt to make it better.

We were both upset about this experience so much so my wife even stated that the bartender attitude made the whole experience of eating out unenjoyable and a real downer for us that day. It's extremely unlikely we'll go back again after this experience.

The peak view is on the bar side. The BBQ and Pho were very good! Big portions too.
