This spot was ridiculously good - the food was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and the fries were crispy. I'm going to be dreaming about that onion jam on the patty melt for ages. Great vibes and laid back atmosphere with gourmet food.
Traveling on a Sunday and most places were closed. We decided to try it, and we're so glad we did! Definitely a win! Devious patty melt like I've never had. My husband got the pulled pork machine n cheese. He gave it a 15 out of 10! Guy Fieri definitely needs to visit!
Red Diamond Gastro Pub is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is top-notch, and the food—phenomenal. I have to give a special shoutout to Caleb, who went above and beyond. He made me an incredible kimchi Reuben that hit all the right notes—perfectly balanced flavors, just the right amount of heat, and a creative twist on a classic. Easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food...
