I honestly don’t know if I could last an hour working at this location! People are constantly rude, and the ladies working here do an incredible job of being kind, patient, and work their butts off to get orders to customers timely and they are always delicious. I have so much respect for the girls working here! Management might benefit from having an extra hand available to help them out

February 2024:What a fantastic experience! Jaime was the cashier and employee that helped me place 4 separate orders, and also look for a mug (not the infamous and in-demand Stanley cup) that was needed for my husband to use at work. She was so friendly, helpful with explaining the coffee flavors, and was not in any way exasperated with the amount of orders I had! I was beyond impressed! This location was SPOTLESS- very clean!

Terrible experience several weeks back. Lobby has been locked and only drive through available. Ordered a drink, waited in drive through for 20 minutes; got to window and paid; after paying was told they were out of the ingredients to make the drink. Asked for a refund, literally no one knew how to issue a refund. Waited for another 30 minutes in the drive through waiting for the refund. When asked where the manager was Derek a very dramatic employee became rude and said the manager had covid, and that he was sorry we found that such an inconvenience. Lol. Not sure what the manager’s illness had to do with his total inability to perform his job, but whatever, that logic made sense to Derek. Then he slammed the drive through window shut and ALL the other available employees went to comfort him. Not clear why the staff isn’t trained to order supplies or issue refunds but this location is a mess.

There is an employee who doesn’t wear a name tag at the Woodland Park, Co. location who hates her job and it shows. She works the drive-thru and I asked her name as she doesn’t wear a name tag and she mumbled “Jaylyn”. She is so rude.
