The visit with 4 my friends was a great experience, looks recently remodeled, it was very clean and Shannon at the counter was so helpful and I would have thought she was the manager the way she helped us. Come to find out she is not the manager but I personally believe she should very soon!

I love subway. My sandwich was delicious and the girl working at 1pm today was very sweet and nice. I had to give it 2 stars because it was lunchtime and the usual lunch time rush but there was only 1 person working. I was in there for an hour, breaking my subway waiting time record by far. No big deal for me but the sandwich artist was clearly stressed and in need of some help. Please consider adding another person to the schedule during rush periods even in the "off" season.

experience was amazing! online ordered two subs with banana peppers but didn’t realize they had been soaked in vinegar. my brother is allergic to vinegar and shannon was so understanding and remade the subs. sweetest staff member EVER and made our day!!

I visited the Subway in Woodland Park, Colorado, in late September 2023, and my experience left much to be desired. I rate it a two out of five stars. Here's why:Subpar Service: The service I received could have been better. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't make me feel welcome. It took longer than expected to get my order, and the employees should have paid more attention to what I wanted on my sandwich.Limited Freshness: I expected Subway to provide fresh and quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the vegetables and bread didn't seem as new as I've come to expect from other Subway locations. It left me questioning the overall cleanliness and quality control.Lack of Variety: The selection of toppings and condiments was quite limited, making it challenging to customize my sandwich to my liking. I wanted more variety and options available. In summary, my visit to the Subway in Woodland Park, Colorado, was far from satisfying. While I usually enjoy Subway's sandwiches, this location fell short in terms of service, Freshness, variety, and overall comfort. I recommend exploring other dining options in the area before considering this Subway.

This location was great about 2 years ago. The last three times we have stopped here only half of the me u items are available and the cold bar that the veggies are in is frozen up. The poor employee working the counter always seems to do their best....where is the management?

This is my first review on Yelp, but I just had to say something. This is the third time I've come into this Subway and not been able to get the sandwich that I wanted. They are ALWAYS out of BASIC ingredients. The staff are completely apathetic, slower than molasses, and the place looks like a mess, even if it's clearly not busy. They would rather goof around with each other than serve their customers.Today, after the my third request for an ingredient was out of stock (nothing fancy, I swear) I asked quite bluntly if they were having supply issues. The response I got was: "Hey look, do you want a job? You can work here and get sandwiches all day". Like...come on dude, I just want lunch! These guys need some serious management. Every employee I've interacted with seems like it's their first job, first day, and they weren't given training. I gave them the benefit of the doubt in the beginning, but it's been months now. I honestly suspect drugs...it's that bad.

Just ick!!!! The store had no cheese, vegetables were wilted and slimy and the bread was burned! Worst yet, I totally appreciate that this is a local spot; however, it is extremely inappropriate to listen to the manager of the store discuss the dating preferences with a customer when dining with my two young grandsons. Must I remind adults as I do my grandchildren.....there is a time and a place.

Bread was literally stuck to the pans. Employees were just messing around in the back instead of taking care of the long line. It was just embarrassing. Never coming here

The subways in WP are messy and seem unclean. They are always out of something, chips, breads, certain meats and toppings, and fountain drinks, have all been my family's experience. The service folks are nice and apologize for management's poor planning. It also seems like they have 1 person working and the line gets long enough for people to turn around and leave rather than wait.
