I have never been in this Subway despite the hundreds of times I have been inside this Walmart. I decided to go this morning- early- 8:30am and they were open AND serving lunch! Can I just say how unbelievably impressed I was with the cleanliness of the food area, the store in general, and how nice the employee was! It was a young gentleman with spikey hair- did not get his name. He made my sandwich exactly as ordered, he was polite, efficient, and had a great attitude! Very impressed!Update January 2024:Second time here and it was sooooo disappointing. Two male employees were working. The soda machine was not working, the place was not super neat and clean, and the employees did not seem to really want to be there. Such a different experience than the first time I was here weeks ago!There is a new menu, and my husband told me about the pretzels they now have for 3.00. I was super excited about that. When I asked about this, I was told this location does not have the new items yet. Also, one thing I always liked about Subway is that you can see all the ingredients laid out in front of you. While you could with the vegetables- all the meats and cheeses were hidden behind a stainless-steel lid that was behind the glass. I asked about the slicing of the meats now and how that is going, and I got no answer so I am unsure if this location is now slicing their meats. I didn't see any of that- and when I ordered my sub they just reached behind the mystery stainless steel cover and grabbed the meat. The vegetable area was sad looking. Usually this is robust and full. Literally they were scraping the bottom of the bins to top my sub- and this was at 1pm on a Monday afternoon. I did advise I could wait for them to refill the vegetables but they said they were fine and just scraped the bottom of the bins to top the sub. Also, there did not seem to be many of the condiment toppings. I counted 5 of the "bottles" where usually there is an abundance of condiments. Overall- definitely not the best customer service, or sub.

Dude! Wth is up with this place? This place is always out of basic stuff to make a sandwich. The lettuce (when they have it) is always expired. Not a single fountain drink is working, this is the norm here. Happens every time! I'm never giving this place another chance because they have constant problems that never get resolved. Walmart should terminate their lease immediately and get something else in there because this Subway is incompetent.

Ordered online for in store pick up through the app last night. Aksed for extra onions on my sandwich and there wasn't a single slice on it. I ordered ranch but got something else. Even tipped but couldn't get what I ordered.

This may be my worst Subway experience to date. I thought (hoped) they were just having an off day but from reading other reviews, this experience seems to be pretty common. When we walked in there was a long line and only one person working. Ok, not a big deal. But worker informed us he was out of A LOT of ingredients (see picture plus no chicken or spinach) and mentioned that it was because his "boss has not ordered things". It wasn't even a holiday or late in the day (it was mid day for lunch). Worker seemed to by trying with what they had, but what they had sucked.

This was the worst sandwich I have ever had. The bread was stale and the lettuce was brown and had hard green things in it. That was not food. I picked that some of the meat and olives and threw the rest away. Customer service was awful. This experience was bad enough to make me never eat at Subway again. Here I come. Jimmy John'

Needs new management. Tried two different days to get a sandwich. Both times toppings weren't preped so not available (onions, avacado today). Today there were no drinks available. Someone said no CO2....but there was no tea either, which doesn't require CO2. This screams poor management!

if i could give it a zero i would. the guy would not stop talking and he was not listening to what i was trying to order. he has very bad costumer service and like i said talks so much. he didn't make my sandwich right.

We stopped at Subway and they were out of Lettuce....Cheese and meat. The person behind the counter was really slow. As I looked at the vegetables they looked terrible. Nothing was fresh. The dressing on my sub was terrible. I had not been to subway for years and won't goback. They are terrible.

WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. No options for meat or veggies, trash piling up, what veggies were there were browning from sitting out all day, we sat in line MAKING our sandwich for over 30 minutes, the worker was obviously intoxicated. We asked to speak to the manager and wouldn’t give name or number.

This is the WORST Subway I've ever been too. Sandwhich guy is very enthusiastic but needs focus and training...management is letting him and the customers down. Missing ingredients, dirty dining area, brown lettuce, asked for 6" Turkey Cali Club and got 12" of the wrong sandwhich. Would not recommend or return to this

Garbage part 2. Part 1 is the other Subway half a mile north next to the Safeway. If I owned Subway I would square away these Woodland Park, CO, joints and hold the employees accountable to keep the food stocked and establishment clean.
