The Woodland Park Taco Bell had been a convenient place for me to stop at in the morning on my way from work, but over the past few months they seem completely incapable of opening on time. Tried again later in the day to be greeted with abysmal customer service. Also would love it if they would stop removing some of their most delicious items from their menu so often.

No matter what time of day, it seems like everyone who works here gets lazy with the food preparation. I never get a food item that looks or has the same amount of ingredients on it. Even when taking my order.. it could all be better.
I am speechless. Taco bell needs to be shut down.Terrible service and food was horrific. Next time you go here order a pack of cinnamon twists and leave.

Ordered the grilled cheese nacho fries and they were terrible, and the tacos had way too much lettuce and barely any meat. The drive through person wasn’t very pleasant either.. I’m highly dissatisfied visited this location on 12/20/23

I pick up Doordash from here all the time and every time the service has been terrible. Employees straight up ignore me and the food is never ready when I arrive.They also play explicit music in the kitchen you can clearly hear. I don’t care what the employees listen to on their own time; but blaring that music in the kitchen is not appropriate in my opinion.

Order was very wrong, ordered the $5 craving box. And asked to substitute the churros for nacho fries, got up charged for the fries and received churros anyway, no fries. And instead of receiving a burrito and a gordita, I received 2 bean and cheese burritos. My dog really enjoyed the meal however I was extremely disappointed as usual. Other than that, the drive thru was slow, but the employees were very nice. 2 stars is a tough stretch but I'm trying my best to be generous with 2 stars, should really be around 0.5 stars at best. Would not ever recommend this place to anyoneñxñx

I ordered online and waited almost an hour for my order. They kept running out of meats. Not enough meat was down to keep up, and people having to pay extra for other meat then running out of that meat. It was a disaster. I got the nachos bell grande and didn't even get all the ingredients that normally come on or the ones I paid extra for. Get it together, seriously. Worst experience.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Barbara at this location. We had a slight hiccup with our order and she made it absolutely right and went above and beyond. She made sure we were completely taken care of and personally helped out. I also want to give thanks to Wyatt for helping make the order. You guys are amazing and went above and beyond! Thank you!

Okay my turn. It shows this place is open at least till 11:00 on Saturday I went by there at 8:30 and it was closed. That sets the pace for Woodland Park don't you think. Because if the place is closed nobody has any reason to be out. And Taco Bell's not the only place that does this. The food in Woodland Park is amazingly below par. I guess I don't know how they can afford to remodel that place if they don't stay open. You should give that money to the staff so that they have more pride in their job and stay open for everybody. Tell me I'm wrong I'll wait.

They ran out of black beans making our order so they got a manager to do the refund. Absolute best customer service we have ever had at a fast food place. She was extremely kind, respectful and understanding.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Taco Bell, just moved to the area and continue to be disappointed by the ONLY Taco Bell in the area… they literally don’t care at all and it sucks. Food is thrown together, typically tacos are falling apart and broken, burritos are hardly wrapped and insides are falling out, they burn the Mexican pizzas and barely put the required toppings on anything. They also never can get the orders correct, forget to put things in the bag literally everytime I go. I’m beyond frustrated and don’t have time to drive 20 miles for the next Taco Bell to hope they are better than this one. By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to and I’m very sad because Taco Bell is usually my favorite. They need to train these kids working here better, step up already and quit disappointing the public especially at these prices. Ugh
