Our food was cold and Soggy because it had so much mayonnaise and ketchup on it that it leaked out into the rapper. The french fries were cold. Attempted to call someone at the phone number 10 times with no answer

Worst customer service in Woodland Park. Got my order messed up and didn't realize until I got home, of course. I went back, and they literally tried just giving me a piece of sausage for ME to put on my sandwich that had been sitting for 30 mins. Where is the remedy here? Why should a customer have to fix their own sandwich that is now cold? Why can't you actually make it right? Also took my old sandwich back through the window! 🤢 disgusting! Ever hear of contamination? Or the food handlers license? Wow. I don't get fast food often but definitely won't be back here. Do better.

I feel order accuracy needs worked on. About 25% of the times i visit they dont catch topping requests made to orders or forget an item.
Parking: Parking lot is owned by the local shopping center and as such can be wonky in winter with snow or during high traffic seasons
Ordered on the app I accidentally marked the option for a small lemonade instead of a large, the Manager was very kind and understanding. The food was just what we were craving. Nothing was missing and it was a great last minute option. Quick easy process to be able to pickup food and go to our cabin. When I am in town- I will visit again!

Omg...this has been the best Wendy's I have ever gone to. Coming from Texas we had plenty of them and they were all meh....but this one here in Woodland Park was amazing. The burgers were fresh...the fries were fresh....even the chicken nuggets were fresh...not all dried out like they have been sitting under the light. I was so impressed, will definitely be going back...I hope the same crew will be working when I return.....

Friendly and the food was pretty tasty but when the order is wrong then I can not give a great review. I may try a 3rd time. First 2 experiences not too great.
After 4 visits and every time the order is wrong - I had to change to 1 star. Getting the order right is priority #1
