Good pumpkin late, but the cherry strudel (we bought 3 of them) were green / molded on the bottom. Other pastries looks good but at least 3 days old. 3 rd time at this place and 2 other times positive impression .

Very nice cafe! We came in as a group of 17 and the barista handled everything wonderfully! All our food and drinks came out in a reasonable time.

I truly always pull for the mom and pop shops in Eastern Colorado. Seriously! And I hate leaving anything negative for a shop when the staff are so nice. And the staff here are very nice.
I've been here a few times, and so this isn't just a one-time issue.
The good - the baked items. Pretty good all the way around.
The bad - the prices, especially for the drinks. They cost 2-3 dollars more on a large drink than every other coffee shop on Hwy 34 from Fort Morgan to the Nebraska state line. And the quality of the drinks is the lowest in that same group.
Soooo much potential, but just not competitive with the shops in Brush or Yuma.

I worked here for a short time about two years ago. It's a cute little cafe with a lot of love. I will always cherish my time spent here. The owners and girls who work here are great people that really put their all into the shop. This place is a gem and easily the best bakery/coffee shop in eastern Colorado/western Nebraska.

Needed a custom birthday cake in a pinch and so I gave lalas a call. They were SO kind and willing to bake me a cake even though it’s not on their menu!!! Lalas, consider starting to bake some cakes starting now; it was DELICIOUS.
From out of town here visiting family and we decided to come here for some much needed coffee time!
I ended up getting a Cider Red Bull drink and was absolutely shocked at how delicious it is!!! We will definitely be back wherever we’re in town! You guys rock!

Lovely place to share a morning visit and fresh baked goods. Loved the iced chai and the coffee. Since we were on our way to a family gathering, we resisted the delightful baked goods on display at the counter. Next time, we won't!

Wanted something hot and filling to eat, came in and Paid $27 for a refrigerated Reuben and refrigerated French dip. The au jus for the French dip was also refrigerated. None of it was heated at all, pulled straight from the fridge and put in a box.
