I love this place! When I moved to rural Colorado I didn't think you could find this kind of excellent flavor. This is a must stop! Enjoy!

Very friendly staff and surprisingly good sushi for a small town sushi spot. Tacos are delicious too.

Juan Carlos has such a great restaurant! It’s a super cute business with yummy food, but the service is what stands out.

We were traveling with friends for a geocaching trip to Yuma. We stopped here for dinner. This place was awful, the food was nasty.. I had a carne asada quesadia that was full of fat and gristle. One of our companions woke up in the middle of the night throwing up.
It took forever to get our food, and then we all felt that they overcharged us as they wouldn't give us separate bills. I don't see how they have such good reviews, maybe because there's not a lot of choice in this little town.

Everything I ate in the restaurant was delicious and the place was very clean and tidy. The attention was very good; The only thing I would like is for them to add the option of refill drinks, whether it be refill tea or fountain drinks. I also ordered a Fried Rice ball to take away.

Fusion restaurant done right! I can't stop coming to this place, it has my sushi fix.
The tea and horchata drinks are very refreshing, and the brussel sprouts are in a tangy sauce that compliments the vegetable perfectly!
If you are looking for a fresh taste, the Aguachille roll is the absolute best. You can choose a spice option along with the great mixture between cultures very present in each bite!
Vegetarian options: You can substitute or take items out of rolls. Very accommodating

Came to check this place out after several people recommended it. Drove an hour to try it out, and they did not disappoint. Tried 3 different unique rolls. All were delicious and original. Also had a shrimp taco & a carnitas taco. My favorite was definitely the cartinas. The salso could be spicier, but that's just my taste. Main entrees are generous portions. It is on the pricer side. Drinks were yummy, especially the cucumber margarita, nice and refreshing. Overall, we were pleased and would go back again.
