My group of friends and I had a server named Stephanie while eating dinner. It took her at least 5-10 minutes to greet us at the host stand, she was impolite and unhelpful, did not write our orders down and as a result got them wrong. It took 15+ minutes to receive our drinks, and almost 45 minutes for us to receive half of our food, even though the restaurant was almost completely empty the whole time. i sent my food back to be fixed, and she left my food sitting in the back for upwards of 25+ minutes, only bringing it out to me when i went to the counter to ask if it was almost ready. It was cold when I received it. At the end of the meal, she was standoffish and rude when we were trying to sort out the bill.

Service was just a little slower than usual, the food was surprisingly awesome, and the atmosphere was great, not full, not empty, and totally amazing! Definitely recommend:)

This is my second time ordering from here on my way across the state, and both times have been ugly.
Today I ordered a large, hand tossed, bbq sauce, beef, green pepper, jalapeños and onion with extra cheese and a large meat pizza. We got our pizza and left, I opened the box (keep in mind 8 people were waiting for these pizzas) and to my shock I got a massive veggie pizza with a couple chunks of meat on it. The veggies were raw and the dough undercooked because there was so many toppings on it. Ended up calling and going back to store for new pizza. The second pizza made looks better and weighs less.
When I called the store the girl answered the phone “pizza hut”. I asked her who was I speaking to and she said ughhhhhhhhhhhhh Leigha.. Like she did know her own name?
I’m pretty sure this is the last time I will order from here, sad because we are set to come through here every week for 2 months.

YUM brand is way better than this and this does not meet their standards in anyway!

We came in with a big party for my dads birthday. Got wings and cheese sticks for appetizers and two pizzas that were on special… they didn’t put our appetizers in with the main meal, we got our appetizers 20 minutes AFTER our pizza… and they messed up on the pizzas on top of terrible service… no discount or anything and didn’t give us the special prices either.. never coming back here again

Every time we get super slow service and the order is almost everytime messed up. Salad bar is cleaned out by 630. I get people are not perfect but holy moly isn't there managers to train the help. For what pizza hut charges I would think it would be better.
P.S. really upset my daughter it's her birthday dinner

We waited an hour for our food and it was cold. Edwin the manager was rude when we said that it was cold at the pizza we got was wrong. Our waiter was the only one that was good to us and helped us.

went there at 7 didn't get out order till 830. we sat there staring at our pizza on the counter for an hour. had to get up and get it ourselves. talked to manager (edwin) he was rude when we talked about it. and asked him to make it right and got visably annoyed. this experience was not good. not going again.
