Just had an exceptional meal in Yuma, Co. Trattoria Rossi is a hidden gem ,Food was excellent, specials are creative yet authentic. Personal Service was off the charts!! Italian regional wine offerings on point. Must try!!!
Wow I never thought a place this good could exist in Yuma! We had a wonderful date night, great service, the bruschetta was amazing as were the cocktails - we had aperol spritz, limoncello, and margarita italicus.
WOW!!! What an amazing culinary experience tucked away in Yuma Colorado! Trattoria Rossi restaurant should be on everyone's list of places to go when traveling through Colorado. The restaurant is beautiful and Owner/Chef, Diego, is an absolute treasure! He personally creates some of the most flavorful and authentic Italian dishes we have ever had. The Spaghetti with Swordfish and Pasta with Sausage/Mushroom Cream Sauce were divine! This was the highlight of our road trip!
