This place has a cute vibe, but it's massively unorganized. We waited 15 minutes just to be greeted by our server, then another 15 just to get water. When we ordered drinks, we ordered hookah too.... why did it take 30 minutes for that to come out? The food situation is what actually made me mad. We ordered our food, then boom about 10 minutes later one plate comes out. About 20 minutes after that, we got another plate. But an hour after we ordered our food, they came to tell us they were out of what the last two people originally ordered. They ordered MORE food then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes. And half the time our server was nowhere to be found. Absolutely crazy. Also, if you don't like loud, this is not the place for you! I do understand that it was saturday, but there were people sitting down after us getting food and drinks and still closing out before everyone had their food at our table. This place is cute in theory, but the execution is so far off. I don't know if this place is normally like this, but if it is I have no idea how this place is still in business. We would've been better off at chilis and that's saying so much.

Made a 10:30 reservation for my birthday. I got there to be told the kitchen closes at 10 when they close at 12. Saw other people get some food around 11, so I guess they waited an hour for appetizers. The hookah wasn't very strong. At least I got a drink comped. Horrible birthday experience, I left to go to another bar so I could get some food. I heard them making shout out to other birthday parties, but I guess even though I said I was there for my birthday you still have to let someone else know. I don't know if I'll be going back or not. What shame or looked good with good reviews and I really wanted to try the food.
Legacy Lounge is always a good vibe. Food was awesome and service was timely. We took a friend there for her birthday and she really enjoyed herself. The lounge is definitely making itself quite the staple for good and safe entertainment. May the have continued success.

My go to spot when I want a good 12 piece honey lemon pepper. Bartenders are so funny and cute. Bitty has to be one of my favs. Came here and she gave me nothing but a good time and vibes!! Anyways if you want to hear good music and have good vibes just come here

45 min for a glass of wine was crazy, you guys have to invest more in the customer service. Hire a service manager and real bartenders. I don't mind paying for expensive food, but why would I want Sutter home to go with a 100$ meal. Also the restaurant needs a deep cleaning. But my main concern is the front of house staff. Everybody looks like they hate working and are not using time management. Very disappointing. I will never return.
