This location is terrible. The employees are extremely rude and incompetent. They ignore their customers for long periods of time before even acknowledging they’re there. I have an unpleasant experience every time I enter this building.

I recently moved to The Valley Area AND MY KIDS AND LOVE BUGER KING. SO FIGURED I WOULD GO TO THE BUGER KING HERE IN ANSONIA.ORDER THE REGULAR WOPPERS AND FRIES AND I HAD NUGGETS AND THE BUFFALO SAUCE. I POURED MY SAUCE INSIDE MY NUGGETS AND SHOOK IT UP TOOK A BITE IMMEDIATELY I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG AND THE TASTE WAS UNBELIEVABL. I OPEN THE OTHER SAUCE IT WAS LUMPY . I go inside and show management the young kid was cool about I said do you guys use the FIFO METHOD HE SAID WHAT IS THAT. THE OTHER MANAGER HAD THE NERVE TO SAY IT OLD. SO THEY END UP GIVING ME A BUGER GOT HOME TOOK ONE BITE AND THROW UP IMMEDIATELY . I WAS THROWING UP ALL NIGHT.. WENT IN THE NEXT DAY TO INFORM THEM ONE YOUNG LADY HAD YHE WORST ATTITUDE EVER AND ASK ME DID I GO TO THE HOSPITAL I SAID YOUNG LADY YOU WASNT EVEN HERE LAST NIGHT. WHEN I SAT NEVER AGAIN I MEAN NEVER AGAIN THAT PLACE WILL AND IS GOING TI GET ALOT OF PEOPLE 🤢 sick … BECAREFUL

The staff here is extremely rude, why do you have the convients of mobile ordering and you still have to wait 30mins just to get food that you ordered already, and also got shorted food on an order, those crackheads in this location need to be replaced with smarter people it's fast food it's not that hard to do worst burger King around!
