The staff here is extremely rude, why do you have the convients of mobile ordering and you still have to wait 30mins just to get food that you ordered already, and also got shorted food on an order, those crackheads in this location need to be replaced with smarter people it's fast food it's not that hard to do worst burger King around!

They are much better than they used to be. My main gripe is the way the drive thru is ran. They'll take your order, you'll pay at the window, then be asked to pull up to the front which is a two way entrance. There is nothing guiding you where to park or to stay in order of some sort. Some people park in the way of oncoming traffic. Because of that traffic gets blocked, the workers go from vehicle to vehicle trying to figure out who ordered what.

Had a food and a show, as I watched a employee tell a customer that she had to pay for sauce as she gave the customer sauce in the bag. The customer said no you didn't and went to get her bag to see oh and behold after ripping letting the fries fall to the ground their was infact sauce in the bag, the chick didn't even check which made me LMFAO. Homegirl guessing after she became embrassed then try to tell the employee she gonna get her fired, and the manager came as she was then being hostile to the better employee then I was cause I would had gave that lady a superman WWE style kick. The manager being too nice gave the girl free fries and had her leave, which she did by telling the employee that she was gonna get her fired but let's be real she isn't as she didn't do anything wrong. Sis should had tooken the L and left as when she saw that sauce after doing a lot she should had known welp this is Embarrassing.
Watched also not the TV while eating the 5 dollar menu, which was good. Would Recommend, also my sauce was in the bag, I checked unlike some people.
Parking: The parking lot has alot of spots.

Yesterday evening, my wife Kayla and I decided to stop by the Burger King at 20 Pershing Drive in Derby, CT, and what an incredible experience we had! We brought along our two Golden Retriever emotional support dogs, Ella and Thor, and the manager, Shy, made the visit unforgettable.
Not only did Shy welcome us warmly, but she also went above and beyond in making sure Ella and Thor felt right at home. She was so kind to them, offering them attention and even sharing stories about her own Yorkie, Rocky, who clearly means the world to her. It’s rare to come across such a compassionate and thoughtful employee, and Shy’s hospitality made the trip extra special.
The food was great, but it was Shy’s kindness and love for animals that left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Shy, for making us – and especially Ella and Thor – feel so welcome! We’ll definitely be back.

Reason for the 5 stars was the fact that some of yall customers coming into the restaurant are rude as heck and I ain't shock on how the employees don't be fighting yall. Before I get the But the customer is alway right, no, as someone who worked in customer service where I had the misfortune to deal with some of yall rude folks, yall be sometimes in the wrong. I seen someone tell a workers who was doing their whole job by cursing them out when the employee told them nicely to please pay for some sauce, only for that person to get butt hurt and be straight up rude to them which fun fact if you are broke just said that. I felt bad and gave the poor girl a tip and it was something that makes her day. With this, Be nice to the employee because remembered they are the ones who will be dealing with your food so best be on yall best behavior.
Tried to use the bathroom and order a burger. Was told staff had to let me in, which was fine until staff (possibly even management but Iwould hope not with an attitude toward the public like she had) literally ignored me standing there for around 4 minutes, NOT taking my order NOT letting me in the bathroom, but fiddling with a stack of cups the entire time instead. Empty store, maybe 5 cars in drive thru. Nowhere close to overwhelmed, just plain rude or I wouldn't even be complaining. This is why people don't want to pay minimum wage workers $16 an hour. You don't even have the sense to be polite to PAYING CUSTOMERS
The food is delicious and customer service is great, would recommend to try and order inside and get your food not during lunch hours or dinner hours, just between either or you will get your food quickly as the restaurant blesses the employees, and only has two people most times working the front to bag and cash out 30+ people under an hour so please be patient if you do go during those hours.
Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper, moz fries, and many other options are offered to be vegetarian.
UPDATE: Just wanted to reaffirm this is still the worst Burger King known to man.
