I went to Burger King a few months ago to use the bathroom. A worker there told me customers only. She was very rude. I suspect she was denying me the bathroom over my race. When I left, I yelled “YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!”

I recently moved to The Valley Area AND MY KIDS AND LOVE BUGER KING. SO FIGURED I WOULD GO TO THE BUGER KING HERE IN ANSONIA.ORDER THE REGULAR WOPPERS AND FRIES AND I HAD NUGGETS AND THE BUFFALO SAUCE. I POURED MY SAUCE INSIDE MY NUGGETS AND SHOOK IT UP TOOK A BITE IMMEDIATELY I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG AND THE TASTE WAS UNBELIEVABL. I OPEN THE OTHER SAUCE IT WAS LUMPY . I go inside and show management the young kid was cool about I said do you guys use the FIFO METHOD HE SAID WHAT IS THAT. THE OTHER MANAGER HAD THE NERVE TO SAY IT OLD. SO THEY END UP GIVING ME A BUGER GOT HOME TOOK ONE BITE AND THROW UP IMMEDIATELY . I WAS THROWING UP ALL NIGHT.. WENT IN THE NEXT DAY TO INFORM THEM ONE YOUNG LADY HAD YHE WORST ATTITUDE EVER AND ASK ME DID I GO TO THE HOSPITAL I SAID YOUNG LADY YOU WASNT EVEN HERE LAST NIGHT. WHEN I SAT NEVER AGAIN I MEAN NEVER AGAIN THAT PLACE WILL AND IS GOING TI GET ALOT OF PEOPLE 🤢 sick … BECAREFUL

The staff here is extremely rude, why do you have the convients of mobile ordering and you still have to wait 30mins just to get food that you ordered already, and also got shorted food on an order, those crackheads in this location need to be replaced with smarter people it's fast food it's not that hard to do worst burger King around!
They always take long and always forget stuff. I have never had a complete order from here. Get your act together. HORRIBLE!!!!!

They are much better than they used to be. My main gripe is the way the drive thru is ran. They'll take your order, you'll pay at the window, then be asked to pull up to the front which is a two way entrance. There is nothing guiding you where to park or to stay in order of some sort. Some people park in the way of oncoming traffic. Because of that traffic gets blocked, the workers go from vehicle to vehicle trying to figure out who ordered what.

Every Burger King is getting worse and worse. All the workers have major attitude, they never have what's on the menu. You always have to pay then park to get your food. Sometimes there are 4 other cars doing the same thing. I'm so over it. Not Burger King, BAD KING.

Had a food and a show, as I watched a employee tell a customer that she had to pay for sauce as she gave the customer sauce in the bag. The customer said no you didn't and went to get her bag to see oh and behold after ripping letting the fries fall to the ground their was infact sauce in the bag, the chick didn't even check which made me LMFAO. Homegirl guessing after she became embrassed then try to tell the employee she gonna get her fired, and the manager came as she was then being hostile to the better employee then I was cause I would had gave that lady a superman WWE style kick. The manager being too nice gave the girl free fries and had her leave, which she did by telling the employee that she was gonna get her fired but let's be real she isn't as she didn't do anything wrong. Sis should had tooken the L and left as when she saw that sauce after doing a lot she should had known welp this is Embarrassing.
Watched also not the TV while eating the 5 dollar menu, which was good. Would Recommend, also my sauce was in the bag, I checked unlike some people.
