Was told that I just needed to make a purchase on the app & then would be able to get the "emergency" pizza, so I did! But than was told that my order wasn't eligible to receive the "emergency" pizza...LIES! or FALSE ADVERTISEMENT if anything. Either way, I had said a swear word I guess (that wasn't directed towards anybody yet the Manager had taken the wrong way I guess and started waving his finger in my face and being nasty saying that "I can't swear at him!"... tho I didn't even direct it towards him! Still, he should never get rude and disrespectful to a customer! So I stood up for myself and then he called the police on me for NO reason! The cops saw me completely calm, just disappointed that I couldn't get the "emergency" pizza that my Dominos app had said was available for me. What ever happened to, 'the customer's always right?!' And to have to sit there and be questioned by the cops as my food got cold? WOW. The cops even knew they were there for no reason. Than just I was about to lose it on this guy (but started walking out instead..) he asked me if I wanted that free pizza?! With a smirk on his face... NO thank you! Beyond a doubt the WORST service, let alone worst treatment I've EVER received from a restaurant. EVER! I was mortified but had to play it off cool cuz this guy was trying to assert his control it sure seemed. NEVER to this Dominos unless you like being treated disrespectfully. I suggest heading over to your next town over to get Dominos. & this was the manager treating me like this!! š¤·āāļøš¤Æ Wish I could give -negative stars š It is what it is i guess. I just sure hope nobody else gets treated with the same blaient disrespect I received...

This was the 1st time and last time getting pizza from this place. The pizza was over cooked, pepperoni burned and hard and the pizza was very dry. I gave it to my dog to eat, he loved it.
**update still going back while Iām not sure why, food is over cooked and my entire family had the runs and nausea from this last order and it was very much not worth it:( we will not order here again. My entire household was sick over 2 days now
Spent 28$ to wait an hour and a half for cold food and my husband had to go back to the store and trade the cold food. No compensation or anything esp after yhe long wait and having to go to the store

The woman at the store and delivery driver are idiots. The driver drove 10 mins in the opposite direction of my house when you can see my house from the restaurant. Itās definitely going to be cold and they refused to remake my order and let me come get it even though it was their own stupidity. Dominoās is trash and this dominos is the worst one Iāve ever been to.

We had a visitor today 10/27/24 and donāt have time to pickup in store so we decided to order online and get it delivered. I ordered a XL Hawaiian pizza with additional toppings on it(olives,cheddar cheese blend & jalapeƱo) and 1 alfredo and 1 mac and cheese pasta with bacon. The pizza we got only has JalapeƱo and Olives with it, and the pastaās are 1/4 full from container and the mac and cheese doesnāt even have the bacon. I called the store rightaway @ 1:04pm and they deny that we got a pizza on our order, I told them I have an email proof of their address and validity of my order and pictures after we got them. I asked to speak to the manager but I was told the manager would be there by 4pm. We didnāt have time to go to the store again and weāre all starving, so we ended up eating it anyway, but it was a really horrible experience, and not worth the money I paid for! The person I spoke with didnāt even have a clue what she will do to compensate us. Didnt even offer to replace pizza.
