They can't seem to get an order right and when they do ultimately mess it up they do nothing to make it right, not even an apology, can't even reach out to them on the phone. They clearly don't care about their customers. The only thing they got going on for themselves is that they offer breakfast all day. Never going back there again. The people are garbage, the food is garbage, and as a fast food restaurant they are the worst!

I am used to going to the Fairfield location and the Seymour location is sub par in comparison. 1) My take out order was wrong. 2) Fries tasted greasy. 3) Chocolate shake was not good at all. Staff was pleasant though.

60 Pershing drive ansonia CT At 1:23pm order number 284 at drive through I saw cameras present please watch them. Woman worker asked me to park there was a car parked already in front of me I said where & she said behind them stupid. I asked for the manager she laughed said of course manager said he would handle it. I went inside to get my money back & worked began yelling again & manager said I had it handled you didn't have to come in to fight. I never went to fight said I was going to fight said a bad word or anything. This visited waisted my time & insulted me both the worker and manager were very disrespectful I was refunded my $36.43 no one apologized or tried to make this right .
