HORRIBLE! This Dunkin may have gotten a recent makeover, but they're wearing the same old shoes. Workers treat you like garbage and won't ever acknowledge your presence, even if you've been standing there for a while. They removed the comfortable seats and the (fake) fireplace, which made the location a nice setting. Why??? That, at least, distracted you from the horrid service.

I can honestly say it I always a crap shoot when I place n order and this is the only dunking I have the same issue with time and time gain. The loaded hash browns is supposed to be bacon cheese and hash browns, but in stead I either get a spoon full of cheese or no cheese. Y’all have to do better. Especially when your establishment isn’t that busy.

Beware ordering thru mobile app.. ordered, waited 30 minutes in drive thru to be told At the window they are out of what I ordered and that they can’t offer a refund due to it being an online order. So now no coffee and my money taken.

Listen, I get that it’s “fast food.” But would it kill you to ask someone to wait a few minutes for a new batch of hot chocolate? I usually don’t complain but cmon. You’re really gonna give out a cup of half hot chocolate and half hot water? Believe me when I say, I don’t think anyone would mind waiting the few extra minutes for some real hot chocolate. It doesn’t hurt to ask!! Sincerely, a very pregnant girl who is pissed she had to throw out her cup of half hot chocolate, half freaking water. Do better.

This DD is the worst!!! If you want something done right or even what you ordered DON'T VISIT THIS ONE. There is always food missing and drinks are the wrong size or completely the wrong drink. The only time they get your order correct is after 8PM. I live down the street and drive to the one in Seymour or Derby.

I don't know why i keep coming to this location. The service here is bad, most of the employees see you and they don't, they make you wait as they walk around and take their sweet time to make you food and drinks, even if you order ahead on the dunkin app. It's terrible the service they provide here. Last time i came they forgot to take the paper out of my 🥓 wrap, when i went to bit into it, i had paper inside my wrap. Today they made me wait just for a refresher and a hot chocolate. (Which i ordered ahead of time on the app) I have got to stop coming here, it's just that it's the only dunkin in the area. Ughhhh!!!!

As always for years cannot even make a small NO SUGAR iced coffee correct. Asked for no sugar and got a sweet iced coffee and I was the only person in the drive thru. This location can change the look, but it's nothing more than a new suit with the same old shoes.

It's gotten better.Drive thru was always long and slow. People at drive thru seem to have a better attitude maybe new staff.
Went through the drive thru and the screen to order wasn't working so I pulled up to the window. The girl looked like she was inconvenienced that she had to service a customer. I asked for 25 glazed munchkins, paid, then she tells me a couple minutes later they are out. I asked for a refund and then her coworker comes over and says they have 10 glazed munchkins left. I said no thanks and once again asked for a refund. He responded by saying they don't give refunds. This location has the lowest performing employees and it reflects on the quality of service and food. I'm sure the health department would find many violations since the workers are on their phones, handling cash/registers and then touching food at the same time.
