Most of the times they don't have donuts. Today they have donuts i go no sprinkles I tell the girl she looks at me goes OK and puts donuts with sprinkles in the bag ridiculous.

They didn't serve me at the counter, saying that there was no one to serve me at the cash register, but they only served the drive-through, that's nonsense. Terrible service, you will never see me again.

I grab coffee from this location 5 days outta the week and every weekend when they have the guys working the coffee station they purposely go out of their way to mess up my coffee and for some reason, they NEVER put caramel syrup in my coffee when I pay for extra pumps and it already makes my coffee almost $6 so when they do that my coffee tastes horrible. I’ve been coming here 5 days outta the week for 2 years and that will change

I was reading the last few reviews and they were completely off. I was in town visiting family and the service was fantastic!! Everyone was so nice. There was a little bit of a line but the drinks came out fairly quick, the food was fresh and taste great, donuts were fresh and had a good selection. I'll definitely come back to this dunkin! Great place!
Longest wait time around. Smashed donuts all together in a bag.. Cashier messed up my order and then was pissed I asked for my order.

I haven't been to this Dunkin in 2 months. The last time I was there, it took 10 minutes for someone to notice me and take my order, another 10 minutes for someone to make my coffee. It was dirty, and there were no donuts. I was watching them make food, and let's just say It turned me off from eating here again. I live in Ansonia, so this location is close, and I have been going for years. But now I take the extra 5 min and go to seymour. Even if the line is long there, you're never waiting more than 5 minutes. They always get your order right.

This dunkin needs to be moved or shut down. The lines are incredibly long during afternoon. You cannot get in or park. Today i waited for over 45 minutes to get a MOBILE order. My food was cold. They were out of 3 of my items and didn’t even know. The workers are over worked and need more employees. Very disappointed. will never go back here

Not sure what happened to this location over the last few months or so, used to be a pretty solid location but now every time I go the coffee always has a a burned old taste to it , food is undercooked. Today will be the last time I “give it another chance” .
