This was our first time going here, but we had heard good things so we decided to give it a try. When we went in we were created by the owners mother who was very friendly. We ordered the combo plate that came with roasted pork, rice and beans as well as a beef and cheese empanada. As we were paying the owner came up to handle the credit card payment. He was friendly as well and said he looked forward to seeing business us again. Again, super friendly. I have to say the portions are large. The combo will take care of you if you are hungry. All of the food was great, pork had great flavor, the beans over the rice was exceptional. The empanada was hot and fresh. We’ll definitely be back again.

Food was not fresh at all!!! The empanadas were stale! And the rice was HARD! never again. I spent over $60 for nothing.
$6 for a few slivers of plantains

These ladies are amazing. The food is great my daughter will only eat their empanadas. By far the best I’ve had in the valley
Kid-friendliness: They are amazing, very friendly and they do everything fresh.
Food is greasy and flavorless
Excellent food, good services. Very friendly staff, super good food, the only Puerto Ricans in the area, well recommended. May God continue to bless you if you are in the area, support the breed.

If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. We ordered some Puerto Rican food from around here. It was extremely BLAND!!! I never in my life had to pull out Sofrito, sazon, adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to COOK this Pernil. Never again. I’m so upset. It ended up tasting better after I put it on my stove and cooked it but if I’m ordering out, I should NOT have to cook it at home for flavor. This food was the MOST bland pernil dish I’ve ever experienced in my life. If not for the beans on the side, there wouldn’t be ANY flavor. The rice was flavorless, the pernil was flavorless, the beans had the BARE minimum of seasoning…The next dish ordered for my house was the Carne Guisada… the potatoes were flavorless, the rice was the same as the pernil dish, the beef was not the best. I didn’t even put time into fixing it. MAJOR waste of my money. The dishes were not cheap either…. Overpriced and ridiculously bland.
