I was really excited for this place to open up as they're so close to me. I love how vast their menu is, until I realized it's all frozen food from the grocery store. Everything is from Gardein, Beyond, or Daiya. We got 3 mini sliders and they were all dry and bland. One of them was just bread and a small piece of portobello mushroom that wasn't seasoned. The buffalo chicken was limp, soggy, and sad. The tempeh one just tasted like bread and unseasoned tempeh. No sauce. Empanadas were awful and bone dry. Couldn't finish any of the food we got. Their hours are very strange and they seem to pick and choose when they actually want to open the restaurant (hours reported on Google or their website are not accurate). A friend of mine enjoys their pizza, but I have no desire to go back. They also like their trivia nights, which are supposed to be every Thursday, but they seem to pick and choose which Thursday and don't communicate if it's happening or not that day. We stumbled on this place during a road trip and went back for a second time! Sliders are a cute small size and filling enough! I can never decide on food when I'm at restaurant so it's nice to sample different items in small sizes!

Super cool concept, we were attracted in by the "food truck food" but in a restaurant like setting with tables. We ordered empanadas, onion rings, and 3 sliders to share. My husband ordered a cosmo from the bar, I just got a bottle of water. It was pretty expensive and the wait time was LONG. We were the only ones there when we arrived. The drink took at least 15 minutes to come out and was literally the smallest drink I've ever seen. The food took even longer, 20-25 minutes after ordering until it came out. We asked for ketchup, but they never brought it back out to us. There are no condiments or napkins available for self service. One bite of the empanadas and we were met with a strong rancid taste. Same with the onion rings. Completely inedible. I'm not sure if the food was bad or the oil had gone rancid but it was unacceptable. Sliders were ok. The hangover slider was disgusting with an egg patty on it that was easily 3-4 times as thick as the burger itself. Like an omelet. Usually when there's an egg on a burger it's a nice sunny side up fresh egg. This was gross, and it was brown. We took that off. The burger still had a funny flavor so we skipped eating the rest of it. The general tso's slider was good but other than that I had an overwhelming feeling like I was going to get sick from this food. We left the food mostly uneaten and left to go somewhere else. I would definitely not go back!

I just got to know about this place last year. I was surprised to see so many vegan options on their menu. This is located in Ansonia where not many vegan options are around. It seems they have a food truck too, but I believe it was not operational during the winter.I tried a few options from here, all vegan, 3 different mini burgers for $10 (I don't see this option on their menu any more), sweet potato fries and onion rings. Everything tasted delicious. The eatery is more of a parking garage and it felt really cold during the winter. They have a bar and it's a self service place. There was only one employee taking the orders. Overall, we had a long wait time before we got our food. I will be back to enjoy the food as the weather is getting warm. I highly recommend this place to vegetarians and vegans.

I should have left this review months ago, but better late than never! I had the Bloom food truck for my wedding (we did a small party due to Covid) this past summer. It was incredible. The food was amazing (people didn’t even realize it was vegan!) and they did a wonderful job setting everything up. They cooked in the truck and set everything up beautifully in the kitchen for guests to take what they wanted. I highly recommend them for catering!

I highly recommend Bloom Kitchen for vegan catering. We used Bloom Kitchen to a cater casual party at our home after my daughter's wedding and they were amazing. People loved the food and didn't even realize it was vegan. When we first started looking for vegan catering, options were limited. We wanted to do something better than the traditional pasta vegan option. Bloom Kitchen provided all the delicious vegan food and beverages, preparing everything on the truck, serving guests from our house, and cleaning up afterward. Their wait staff was fantastic, professional and friendly.

Really big vegan menu, can order ahead. Bar atmosphere with typical bar snacks. Quesadilla was excellent. Everything was inexpensive so its easy to split several apps with friends.

The vegan and non-vegan food here is SO good. There is obviously passion and talent injected in this establishment. We love the friendly customer service, great menu options, and fun mini bar games like cornhole set on the tables for entertainment while you grab a beer and wait for you food! I love this place.
