Called in a chicken parm dinner and small pizza for an early afternoon dinner. Ck parm was delicious. Spaghetti was perfectly cooked. Salad and bread included with the meal were equally good. Also ordered a small pizza which was good as usual. Overall, great meal!

The pan pizza is delicious, we get it at least twice a month. The garlic bread with cheese is always good and so is the chicken cutlet sandwich. Frank(I assume, lol) is a great guy, very polite and really wants the customer to be happy.

This evening, we received a pizza from Franks that became a tad messy on the delivery to us. I called, and they replaced the pizza with no hesitation. The good is delicious, price is great and service is even better!! We found our new weekly spot.

The mysterious watery substance on the left is what I got here when I asked for a baked ziti.The one on the right is ACTUAL baked ziti I got later on from Albertos.I don’t understand why or even HOW you would even feel comfortable serving someone that ludicrous mess. If you don’t know how to make baked ziti then simply take it off your menu. Any decent person would NOT give someone whatever the hell that is AND take their money for it. This place is a joke.

For anyone who doesn't wanna read all this - Got baked ziti, baked ziti was horrible and full of grease and watery liquid, atmosphere was not welcoming, I immediately noticed some of the chairs had literal cobwebs and no one else was even in the restaurant?, service was average.I went in with my boyfriend, he was gonna get something but changed his mind because he said the place didn't smell right. I ordered a baked ziti and got a very liquidy concoction. It didn't seem baked, way too much grease to where I could see it FLOATING on top of the baked ziti, the cheese was a bit hard??? harder than any other baked ziti cheese I've eaten, and the sauce wouldnt stick on the pasta because it was too liquidy. I love baked ziti and have been craving it for DAYS but that was disappointing, now we're just upset we spent $13 on a meal neither of us even liked?.There were also literally no customers there. All the chairs were also up (some having cobwebs/being dirty) so no one could sit unless they took the chairs down, which felt unwelcoming like they didnt want anyone eating there.Long review because I'm passionate about my baked ziti and my money?. Hope others have a better experience, I don't know if the pizza is good, but I'd recommend just not getting pasta.

Love Franks pizza! They kill it every time. I have been getting their pizza since I was a junior in high school and till this day its the same. The bacon and onion pizza is amazing and always loaded up with toppings. I've even turned my office onto franks. He is always throwing in a pie or giving us a free entrée if we have a huge order. All around great pizza and great guy!

Good food but beware...as a true Chicagoan, born and raised, their "Chicago Pizza" is NOTHING like Chicago Pizza! I can honestly say that I have never seen a pizza in Chicago like that.
