I order shrimp lo mein with no mushrooms because I’m allergic and mushrooms were added I’ve giving the run around and nobody wants to give me my money back.
Absolutely horrible service. Gave me something I was deathly allergic to and then didn't care told me I was I'll not get my money back even if I gave the food back only a discount. Was super disrespectful when speaking to and would never ever order from here ever again. I made sure to file a police report as well as will be taking them to small claim court for my money. Wouldn't recommend ever

Of the many quick and casual Chinese food places in the area, moon star was the most dependable as far as quality for price and taste. Although, after recently trying the food the decline in quality was a saddening shock. General Tso’s chicken bland and mushy, spare ribs were decent but too closely resembles gristle shaving from a grease trap, and worst of all being an order of dumplings which i had in the past said were the best were now quite the opposite. From opening the container and getting a whiff of a dumpster in July to the first bite into a sour wrap and spoiled meat inside. Firmly said, it will be the last visit the Moon Star. Definitely recommend getting something on the higher end if wanting Chinese food that wont leave you sick and sad you wasted your money.

The most nastiness food I have ever ordered. Food was dripping with grease to the point where I could have fried my own chicken with the grease that came from the food. Called the establishment and the owner was very unpleasant saying we checked the food and it was fine. I told them my son threw up from the food and said, “ what do you want me to do about it “. Will never go back… take my advice, save your money
When they first opened the food was amazing and I raved to everyone but recently I don't know what happened but the quality is gone. So from now on I'm going to order from Hashi, the food is phenomenal.

Recently witnessed one of the workers take he's hand and take a scoop of rice out with he's bare hands now if that's not disgusting I don't know what is

Called after order was 20 mins late. Order had not even been started was told it would be there in 25 mins and they hung up. Waited over an hour after that call 2hrs in total for two items. Save yourself the time don’t order from here.
Placed an order at 4:40 was given a window of 5:20-5-30. At 5:45 my husband called to check on the order and was told 25 more minutes with no apology or explanation. After 30 he called again and was told “oh well, have a good night”. Our food finally arrived around 6:40. Even if their food was good, it wasn’t , I would still shout to everyone I know to stay away from this place because of their customer service. So glad there are so many other options to order from!
