I order for delivery, the food took over an hour to get to me . Food was cold and fried wonton was cook so hard till you could not bite it . Extremely dissatisfied, and would never ,ever order from them again , this food was straight garbage!!!

They have a person behind the counter that has an attitude problem. He gave me an attitude, and he thought he was gonna get away with it. He threaten me by saying he’ll see me outside.
Hahahaha .Can’t wait for that to happen. Employee was on the wrong, and the owner still called the cops on me and sent them home to tell me that I’m not longer welcome in the stupid restaurant. What a loser.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i called to order and they rushed me off the phone and got my order wrong. i ordered another time online and they forgot the sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken.. when i called back regarding this they hung the phone up on me twice. i called back and they said they would send it when they can.. so i can eat my food cold??? i decided to go into the store to resolve the issue as they kept hanging up on me. they were unwilling to give me a refund. i finally got them to remake my order after asking several times. safe to say i will NEVER be ordering from here again

Food was 45 mins late and charged us twice! Soup was only warm had to heat up in microwave.
Only writing this review cause I feel obligated to prevent other people from wasting $22 on what was, without a doubt, the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. Do not order this. Especially not on DoorDash. They do their own DoorDash deliveries (according to door dash customer service) so the timing is not right and you have no idea when it will show up, but since they confirm the order quickly you can’t get a refund. Curry chicken was basically jello, pork fried rice had no pork and an inexplicable amount of bean sprouts. Veggies and chicken were so soggy. I couldn’t even identify what the chicken was until I dug around.

I had been looking forward to trying chow mein for the first time, especially since I read it usually comes with noodles, vegetables, and a protein. I ordered the beef chow mein and was excited, especially since it came with white rice. Unfortunately, there were no noodles at all, barely any beef, and mostly just onions. The portion of rice was also extremely small — the tiniest box of rice I’ve ever seen — and the flavor was completely lacking.
I also tried the Szechuan wontons (spicy), but they had almost no flavor and definitely weren’t spicy. My delivery also arrived later than the estimated time. While I understand restaurants get busy, it added to the disappointment. I’ve ordered from here in the past and never had complaints, but lately it feels like things have gone downhill. The staff has always been kind, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t return.

I ordered on DoorDash, waited 1hr called and was told I was gonna get a call back waited longer they never called back. I had to call DoorDash to get a refund, DoorDash called them and they said they where on there way. They marked my order complete and no one showed up with my food. Do yourself a favor and never order from this place. Their customers service is terrible and I hope they get shut down.

My mom texted me this photo of some fried plantains from moonstar chinese restaurant in ansonia CT. This made me sick because this is not how fried crispy plantains look 🤢🤮 and they didn't even give her money back!!! They straight robbed her and could get someone sick! She's never ordering from there again... who knows what else is bad there!!! I don't recommend anyone eat there
