They combined my rice for two different orders but charged me for two different dinners. Was a rip off the meal was for someone else , the owner told me to share it and that I was wasting his gas if he corrected it after spending 30.00. You don't make a decision to do that and charge me fir the full two meals. His comments were rude I'll never order from here again. If he is mad he has to correct a mistake he made and pay his dri ers that's on his buisness. Also weird how they don't let you keep your recipt .

This place is just bad business.The man who answers the phone, takes orders, etc. is very rude as well.Not Professional on the phone using words like- Bro, Yo Man These are words used by him!! I ordered food for delivery. after the food an hour late, I am standing out side my house on with over 30 LED floodlight to find 2 people in a car partial entered on my property with their trunk was on the road.Come to find out, the woman and man in the car were smoking drugs in car while delivering food ordered. I ordered them off my property with the food in her hands which was soaked.UNEATABLE!!! I called the Police Department and I have plenty of Surveillance video.Never AGAIN, Will I DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS TRANSACTION AGAIN WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

This is a very good Chinese takeout restaurant. I have ordered from Moon Star on many occasions. I have tried a few Chinese takeout places in my area, and for the price and quality, this is one of the best. They offer delivery within a limited 5 mile area of their location. Their prices are reasonable and competitive, and the food, with rare exception, is very good to excellent. They offer a very diverse menu. They have every classic offering of most Chinese/American restaurants, and an array of excellent combo platters that are offered at all day and lunch special options. They also offer Pad Thai selections, Chow Udon selections and Real Szechuan and Hunan Selections at multiple spice/heat levels. I am a big fan of their shrimp dishes. They are all excellent. The shrimp are fresh, perfectly cooked, and they don't skimp on the quantity, and they're very flavorful. Their soups are all very good, if you order their wonton soup, you will get large, plentiful, wontons which are tasty, but a bit on the heavy/doughy side. I've tried most of their appetizers, and most were great. I must say that their scallion pancakes and fried fish were a bit skimpy for the price, but the flavors were excellent. Their cold sesame noodles are amazing! The only issue I've had is with their house special lo mein. To me, the taste was off. I don't know why, but it had a slight charcoal-like undertone I found unpleasant. As a side note, their prep time from order to pick-up or delivery is very fast. Overall, they offer a great selection of very good food at reasonable prices. If you are ever in their area, I would highly recommend them.

Well, the food is pretty good but part of order was wrong. I ordered shrimp toast & they gave me fried wontons. That's why I stopped going to them. They've delivered the wrong order, I've ordered a dinner & they'd give me the combo version. I give up. I'll order from Eastern Bistro instead.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery and called 3 different times to check on the food and they said they remade it so it was hot and it came all cold and missing items. I ended up just getting in my car and going over there. They asked if they could just microwave fried food because it was a $50 order! I asked for it to be remade and that seemed to be a problem. I only went here because the place I normally go to was closed

Over 2 hours for delivery....I live 5 min away. Terrible just awful. Food tastes awful like chemicals whole order is wrong. Never going back ever again.
20 min delivery time turns into an hr and a half???? Just be honest so we know what we’re in for. This is crazy.
