I ordered penne alla vodka, it wasn't good. Like I was disappointed. The pasta itself was overcooked, the sauce had this oily weird taste. It was off. The bread was cold. The side salad was ok but the tomato didn't look fresh. It was my first time ordering here and it will be my last.

I don’t typically write restaurant reviews, but my time this evening at Rosa Mina was one of the worst meals and overall experiences I’ve had. Firstly, we had to wait over 20 minutes to be noticed/waited on. After standing for quite sometime, myself and the couple behind me decided to seat ourselves. At this point, we sat waiting to be noticed in the establishment. Because the staff and owner were arguing in the back room, they didn’t bother to come out to us. Finally, someone went back there to announce our dissatisfaction. It was upsetting to have to hear such argumentative talk at a restaurant and to have waited so long. Once the owner was made aware of us, he never apologized for the wait. This was the first red flag. Ultimately, what made me most upset was the lack of cleanliness. Not only were the tables dirty. Wine stains, sauce stains, and crumbs were left all over my table. The walls had food splatter. And the dishes were dirty. My glass was not clean, the plates had chips, and the silverware still had food on it. And there were flies about. The food itself was not the greatest, though ultimately, the flavor didn’t matter due to the dirty atmosphere. I ordered chicken piccata and it was served with red sauce, even though it’s a white wine dish. Essentially, I’m so disappointed in the service, quality, and overall disrespect for customers. I wish I could receive my money back/take back the whole experience.

The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional and the staff was personable and professional. Such a warm friendly atmosphere, you feel very much at home and I love the special touch of having family photos incorporated into the decor. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax with friends or family over a great meal in a place where you feel you belong.

Charged me $5.00 after requesting the pizza to be crispy. I order from them like everyday, never complained. sometimes it comes cooked perfect and sometimes it’s cold and undercooked. I’m so over this. You support a company and the second they get they take advantage. This is a joke. Last order here. Sometimes they’re salad is perfect and sometimes it’s soggy and too much. I would have never said anything but this def rubbed me the wrong way.

Their Sicilian pizza is delicious.Edit: Best Sicilian in the area. I Haven't found a better one yet. Too many places around here are just making square pies and calling it Sicilian. Not this place. Have a taste from here and see the difference.

Their food is on point, had calzones that I was able to custom order anchovies, pineapples and mushrooms as well as this amazing tiramisu cheesecake which was better than juniors and Cheesecake Factory?

I read the reviews do we have the right place. From the outside looks beautiful. Couldn’t get in the front door went to the side door waited inside and no one even acknowledged us. Even rang the bell hanging from the door again!! Beautiful inside?? Not! Dark dank smelled awful and gross carpeting. We left.
