This place is absolutely amazing! One of the best places to get good pizza! The prices are really good! They have a LOT of toppings too. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who loves pizza!

Pizza was decent. Cant really mess up pizza. But the service is what turns you away. Must be the new management. Whatever boy they have answering phones is very unprofessional. He messed up our order twice, and he doesn’t even know their menu. We called back to have them re make our sandwich they said 20min. When we get there they didn’t even start to make the sandwich so we waited another 20min. Will never be back.

Zani’s was the best pizza around. All the valley pizza is all burnt no crust style pies. Zani’s was not like that so it was great! Closest thing to Stamford/Norwalk style pizza in this area.
Since the new owners came on I was optimistic because someone mentioned the possibility of beef/turkey bacon or sausage being added to the menu. I was also told the pizza recipe would remain the same. I have since tried them a few times and been disappointed every time. First time I waited over an hour for delivery (food was ok but not Zani’s taste) second time I called in an order for pick up and they claimed to never have received my call (I waited in the shop only to be handed a small pie that looked like it was turned on its side, cheese all slid off one side), third time I had it delivered thinking 3rd times a charm and NOPE. Pizza was bland they definitely changed the sauce and the chicken was unseasoned and salad wilted. Super disappointing considering we might be left with only Emma’s which treated us poorly.

Called in advance knowing its a holiday and alot of people have the same idea. They said we are busy give us 45 minute wait which is fine. Showed up in an hour . Waited another 25 minutes in line while many others were already there waiting over an hour for some orders called in the day before. Ordered a jumbo pizza and Pizza was undercooked and soggy dough. Salad was decent. I Understand new owners but with the name should come the same quality that has been in the town for many years. And the prices have gone up with the quality downhill. Very disappointing.

Not the best place to handle orders on a busy holiday at all! Ordered food way in advanced and still had to wait over an hour after pick up time given! Pizzas were also not cooked well at all!

The man at the counter was very polite and nice.
I got a pizza, one topping.
This is for sure a thicker crust pizza. Not your average thinner pizza. A bit underdone. I threw my slices in the air fryer for a bit and it was pretty good lol. Not the best ive ever had. But also not horrible. Its doable. The pizza was pretty cheap too even with a topping. Im not going to bash this place bc again, it was doable & decent.. I wouldnt say this was BAD. Pretty good.
Thank u for your service.

If this was a review just on pizza it would be higher but Chicken tenders are DRY fries are inconsistent in size some very large and very small leaving the large ones under cooked and no seasoning and soggy. Chicken Cesar should have been good but the dressing “chef quality”was disgusting along with wilted lettuce. Tired of paying premium prices for poor quality You know what’s good and what’s not if it’s not good take it off the menu or don’t charge 12$ for dry tenders and undercooked fries. Won’t be back for a very long time if ever.

Definitely will NOT be ordering from Zanis again!
So, I got dinner there last night around 7:50pm on March 2nd. A small bacon chicken pizza for my 2 girls and 2 grilled chicken Gyros for me and my husband. Spend $69.50 including tip.
The gyros are the worst food I ever tasted. Tasteless, no seasoning and the chicken seems uncooked. We didn’t even had a second bite. But what prompted me to write the review is that my girls are home sick from school. They both have diarrhea and vomiting all night until now. They are sick from having Zanis food.
This is disgusting and disappointing. They need to pay more attention to providing sanitation so that they won’t get into situations like this. “ Be more attentive, put love and care into the food you’re providing to the public!”
Just hoping you will do better moving forward as a small business for the community.

The man answering the phone is so nice. The pizza is excellent. They haven’t messed up my order once yet, and that is the sign of a good establishment these days. These people do it right!
