It was my favorite restaurant because they always delivered the food hot. I have already been twice this month and they have delivered cold and poorly served food. Today they put a ball of lettuce on my whopper. And the service was terrible. They must improve service and quality.

I drove all the way to the opposite side of town just for Burger King. The website had said open but they had a note saying they don’t open until 10. This was my 3rd attempt at trying to get breakfast just horrible. I ended up being late for work 3 times

Check your order before you leave! The gentleman before me ordered a big fish with cheese, he didn’t get the cheese! When the employee made it again they changed him $1.00 for a piece of cheese, I looked at my receipt and the piece of cheese was.50 cents !I ordered a rodeo cheese Burger and a big fish with cheese and I got a rodeo cheese burger and a chicken sandwich!

My main issue is that when I do a mobile order I watch it get put in the bag and sits there. No one says it's done I get to watch multiple people get there food I stand there until I finally say hey is there a mobil order....this has happened more the once

I must say usually this Burger King is very bad. But today 8-17 was greeted by a very pleasant women named Susan. She assured me that things had changed including personal which is great. Unfortunately she’s from another store. But really she’s a keeper. It was a pleasure to meet her. Burger King should get more people like her. Thanks again

The closing manager & her team member where very RUDE when taking my order. When i asked for a second because it was going to be a lager order, one of them replied loud & unprofessional "What do you need a second for?". It was at that moment, i knew this person should not be dealing with customers directly and we only ordered 1 meal instead of meals for my family. Thankfully there is a McDonald's near by that showed better customer service and was able to fulfill my family's order. When I asked for the managers name, the "woman" with the multiple gold chains and brown team member shirt replied "WHY? It's both of us!" Implying that she is a representation of Burger Kings Core Values and that the other woman with the blue collar shirt and glasses is also a manager. It is ashame that Burger Kings regional team saw fit to award these two as representatives for their leadership team. I am no Keith Lee from Tik Tok but nobody should've been shown that bare minimum level of customer service
