I usually have no issues here. Today was terrible. The female blonde haired manager was very rude. She had an attitude, fought with me and even screamed and slammed the window. All I wanted was a refund because they made my ice creamwrong. I will never return and I will also tell my friends and family of my terrible experience. The female manager is very rude and disrespectful.

I when there and buy a strawberry Sunday and it got just a little of syrup only can't taste the strawberry on it
GOT SICK! The soft serve with Blizzard was awful! The ice cream was a white syrup different from others. Completely obscured toppings. Was sick for two days so far, husband too. Taste was chemical like. Our location in Cooper City is serving fake food! Won’t go back again. Just gross!
