I TOLD I WILL NOT WAIT 1 1/2 HOURS TO GET MY PIZZA. THEN, SHE SAID: 'YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT." I SAID THAT IS FINE CANCEL MY ORDER. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NASTY LADY!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT AN HOUR AN A HALF TO GET YOUR PIZZA.

I don't often review national chain restaurants, but every once in a while I have something to say about one. For a while now, I've wanted to revisit a Domino's for the first time in Decades. Although I now live in one of the most pizza rich states, I grew up in the 1970's/80's pizza cold zones of Central Ohio. Many of my first pizza experiences were at Domino's. They held make your own pizza group events. They semi-guaranteed fast delivery. Domino's was a part of my early life, but I ultimately came to understand that there were better pizza options.I first considered returning to Domino's when they started what I'll call the "We're Listening and Trying to Do Better" Advertising Campaign. Then, friends would tell me they had Domino's and it was "better than you'd think." I recently moved and noted a nearby Domino's. It was time.First thing first, my small pepperoni pizza was below average. There continue to be many better options out there. But that's not what I'm here to say. I actually thought Domino's did a number of things at a high level.I ordered at Domino's. Service was very friendly and efficient. They have an Order Screen with your name and time remaining so you always know where your order stands. I appreciated that. The store was clean. The menu was laid out very nicely. You could clearly see the pizza, pasta, sandwich and app options. I can't think of many national chain locations that scored better in categories like these.I also really enjoyed the Italian Sandwich. I grew up with a certain type of long thin hot sandwich that wasn't very bready, and had a great filling to bread ratio. I thought of this as a "submarine" sandwich before Subway came along and changed what that meant in national pop culture. The Domino's Italian was the first sandwich I've seen like this in a long time. It had pepperoni, spicy salami, ham, green peppers, banana peppers and provolone. Great filling to bread ratio. It had well balanced flavors and textures. This is definitely a sandwich I would order again since I live nearby.This is a 3.25 Star Review given the pizza, but it's an enthusiastic one if that makes sense.

Normally give all my domino pizza visits 5 stars... But this one... I think they gave me left over pizza. It wasnt crispy, and there was barely any sauce in the pizxa itself!The wings tasted stale, the texture was stale.Very disappointed, because this is the one that has all the great coupon deals thats the most convenient in terms of location!So now I have to drive an extra 5 miles to get goos pizza... So sad.

I order from this Domino's all the time. I get delivery. It's always delivered hot and the way I ordered it. The drivers are always very polite and friendly. I have used this store for years and I highly recommend their services. I live on the 2nd floor and they bring it right to my door. Love these folks.

Wait what?!! I earned those points from frequenting your business in the 1st place. Horrible customer service

Me and my girlfreind order from dominos alot and have always been given great food and service, we got an order or cheesy bread from here that was a little dry and they gladly remade it very quickly for us and it was some of the best we had! Great service!
