I ordered through the app and picked up in drive thru this morning and they had it ready to go as I pulled up. Smooth transaction, served with smiling faces and good morning! I will admit after the pandemic the dipped in service. 10/10 recommend, they must have new staff. Coffee made by the book, taste delicious and my maple bacon croissant is on point

My wife and I drove through the drive-through while returning back from vacation, for a quick snack. My wife has bad experiences with the consistency and quality of their drinks and didn't want to stop there. I was tired and decided to stop anyways.We ordered a couple of drinks, a sandwich, and a snack n bacon.The employee handed us our order and upon inspecting it we found a few small morsels of bacon in a nearly empty pouchMy wife laughed, thought they made a mistake. When I knocked on the window and showed the employee what we were given, he told me that was a NORMAL serving.See the attached picture and judge for yourself.The only thing that's becoming normal is the inconsistent quality and "order correctness" at Dunkin Donuts in general. If the employee thought this was a normal portion then obviously they haven't received adequate trainingIs anyone else tired of wasting their money and feel Dunkin is getting consistently worse?Also this particular store was rated at only two stars. It doesn't appear they are taking steps to improve

Repeated our order 3 x to a male who was ANNOYED from the get go.*Med Mocha Frozen Coffee & Med Hazelnut HOT coffee*2. Got to the window, waited and waited, repeated our order again to a girl3. There were no other customers the entire time. Parking lot or DT4. All 3 teens were standing around BORED even though we were waiting. Finally 1 of the 3 got to it.MY HUSBANDS BLOOD PRESSURE WAS WAY UP BY THE TIME WE LEFTUnfortunately, people are getting used to this kind of service. I won't. I still expect a 'Welcome to DD', a fake smile and faster service when it's empty

I don’t go to Dunkin on a regular basis because I made some changes and I eat healthier now. I forgot breakfast and grabbed a bagel and cream cheese. It had almost no cream cheese on it. Never again.

The only good thing I can say about this place is how convenient it is if you're in the area, on the right side of the road.This place is otherwise wholly unexceptional. The coffee tastes awful, bit thats on par with the Dunkin' brand. It's a shame, really, as it's not hard to not oversweeten the coffee. I suppose when they pile scoopfuls of sugar into each cup, you get the slop they serve.The food is not any better. Not any worse, but not worth getting.Vegetarian options: Almost everything they have on the menu is vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Somewhat kid friendlyParking: They have a good sizedlot for the plaza they're in.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be accessibleDietary restrictions: Don't eat here if you can't have gluten.The coffee might be safe though.

It was 5:30pm on a Thursday. No one in store. No one in the drive thru. The staff said I’ll be right with you two times in 5 minutes before we just had to pull off. As we pulled away we see three staff talking inside.
