Why is the coffee so watery and tastes gross? It’s so inconsistent. I am going to stop using this location because I will not pay for coffee when it’s not drinkable. If you order food it’s burnt. You can’t win here

Went in for a coffee, stood in there for 3 minutes and there was nobody else in line. Two workers completely ignored me the entire time taking order after order in the drive-thru and I walked out. I don't know why I went in there in the first place. I hate dunkin' donuts. I guess it was the only thing around.

Everything was burnt, bagel, hash browns and coffee tasted like water down coffee. Horrible customer service, communication skills are lacking. Oh and they forgot my hash browns at first. This isn’t the first time and certainly isn’t the 2nd time. It’s just convenient when you’re going to cvs or stopnshop. But no longer I’ll just travel out of my way for something better from now on. I’ve been going to that Dunkin for 20 years.

Went to drive thru placed an order 2 xlarge coffees and avocado toast the worker at the drive thru made the decision take my change of 69 cents and put it in the tip cup without asking and once again NO Receipt was given !

Just got my coffee here Lez was very professional, coffee came out just how I asked for it ,friendly chit-chat the usual chat you have when buying things, place was very clean also and I felt welcome so thank you Lez I hope I got your name right but all-in-all five-star service.👍

Today Service on 1/24/2024 was the worst with employees management on the top of her lungs using the F ,abusive behaviors is the last of my attempts. She shouldn't be working with the public.
