This review is strictly based off of my experience on 11/15 2024 at 8:39 p.m. I want to take the time to think Hayden N for his great customer service. A lot of times people lose sight of how much great service means to someone pulling up through a drive-thru but you didn't. Your greeting was extremely Pleasant, your patience and your willingness to recommend a great option based off of what I was looking for. I want you to know that if for whatever reason you go through a shift and you feel like you're not appreciated just remember there's people out here that probably don't say it but we do keep your great service in mind. Thank you for your service and your efforts to do a great job.

I use to go to this dunkin every morning because it was on my way to work, the associates were so nice and polite. I never had an issue or commplaint. For a little while I was working at another location so I did not stop in. Now, I'm back in the office I've stopped in two times since, the new associates suck, the food quality SUCKS, and the atomsphere is not what it use to be.I went in this morning for a medium coffee, a very simple order. I go to take a sip and the coffed smelled completly burnt. I decided to continue with my commute but never again. This location has lost a customer. I use to stop in to get a coffe 5 and 5 with a glazed donut each day and they knew my order. This new crew barely even want to greet you when you pull up to the menu board. Highly frustrating because stopping in was a major part of my morning. This new team needs to get it together and remeber the core value of any business is customer satisfaction, not who won last nights football game.

Two Days- Two simple orders.
8/9/24: 12:20pm. Two iced coffees and a hot honey sandwich. miserable girls at the speaker, and window. rude while ordering, silent, with nasty pout on face, ,i was polite as i could be, but she was not only rude at speaker, practically thru change at me, and was annoyed when i asked for a straw that i never received with my drinks?

8/10/24 12:28am placed an order at 12:28am. arrived at 12:32 am expecting it to be done, or almost done. Calling for someone to assist , for 23 minutes standing here with no response. white guy with longer hair comes out and looks shocked i've been waiting for an order. Im unsure what he was doing , or how he didn't hear the ton CONSTANTLY going off the entire time i was there. Looked high. ?
I typically go to dunkin 1-2x daily, but the last 2 days, i'm seriously unsure, Staff like that is how places get bad reps, and lose returning customers

This was my normal stop between jobs but it’s so bad now only in the evening rude guys tending the window coffee sometimes tastes like it has cleaner in it other times it’s just like any other dunkin. We have 3 more Dunkin’s on the turnpike my suggestion use any of those

The lady at the register was so rude as I was trying to figure out what to order. She slammed my bag of munchkins on the counter and looked so annoyed as if she had somewhere else she had to be. Mind you I was the only one in line !. - 2-8-24 at 9:45

This dunkin and store side is under new management and boy can you tell the difference! It is spotless and welcoming, my food is always correct and the staff seems so much happier they call me by name. The manager Eddie definitely brought so much light to this location I used to avoid coming here but now I’m back to my daily routine.

Parking: Large parking lot and store side manager is very nice about leaving car for carpooling.

Kid-friendliness: Always decorated for holidays, friendly to the kiddies.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating

It’s hit or miss here. When it’s good it’s great, but when it’s bad, it’s horrible. They are understaffed. I have had my food thrown at me, wrong orders, went to the location 2 times in one day and never got the chance to order- there was nobody in line either time. And when you complain to the corporate office, the behavior is justified and think a free coffee should shut you up. Today I ordered 2 jelly sticks and got 2 plain sticks via drive thru. I’m just stop coming here even tho it’s more convenient.

Woman at the drive thru was unbelievably rude over a very minor miscommunication. Wouldn't go back if it was the last Dunkin donuts on the planet. Reprehensible customer service.

This location has not once ever managed to give me a correct order, no matter how small and simple the order is. Very frustrating. Not worth the wasted time and money.
