Terrible customer service and they charged me incorrectly

So sad how much quality and service has lowered. Placed an order ahead order to pick up in drive thru. 6 donuts- all right, 2 hash browns- correct. Chipotle hash browns- i thought there supposed to be bacon pieces so it can be easily eaten...not 2 full bacon thrown on top, 2 bacon topped avocado toast- again i thought there was supposed to be bacon pieces, not full piece of bacon and only one had bacon, Medium iced matcha- not even a full cup, lastly a bacon egg and cheese warmed croissant that they forgot about so they asked what sandwich it was again and so I told her bacon egg and cheese on a croissant warmed and we got a egg and cheese croissant in just a minute and a half.... probably was made for someone else and given to us. They had more than enough time to go thru the order and make sure it was correct but I guess food place employees dont really care about quality and service anymore.

I went to grab a coffee and a wake up wrap with bacon. When I walked in the employee at the register was nice and quick with the service once I had gotten my food and went into my car I could smell burnt bacon and when I opened my wrap the tortilla was burnt the cheese and all pieces of bacon it was ridiculous how burnt it was I went immediately back to the store and when an employee recognized me they had asked if something was wrong with my food I said yes and explained to her that everything my wrap including the tortilla is burnt, I also said I was dumbfounded as to how they thought it was acceptable to sever to a customer she said nothing handed me my money and said nothing. I just find it more appropriate in a restaurant setting for a manager to take accountability, not be annoyed with a customer when they spent their hard earned money I wasn’t expecting anything fancy or top par I just wanted my food not burnt which I think is asking for the minimum. If employees could take accountability more than just being annoyed with customers this places stars will go up in no time.

Food was good. Waited in drive through line for about 25 minutes with 5 people in front of me. Dunkin’ - pay your employees more or hire more people here so they can handle a few cars in the drive through. Ridiculous amount of time for a online drive through order
This is my daily Dunkin', I'm here every morning. Things happen, but 9 days out of 10, they're moving nice and smooth and their morning crew is always solid.

I love my peeps at dunks... the one thing they could do better is pay a little closer to attention to small things like the pics I'll attach. Again. Honestly a great reliable spot to drive through and get consistent quality of service and food. I just think that giving me an everything bagel with 2 bottom pieces is an easy fix to stop the small complaints.
