I love my peeps at dunks... the one thing they could do better is pay a little closer to attention to small things like the pics I'll attach. Again. Honestly a great reliable spot to drive through and get consistent quality of service and food. I just think that giving me an everything bagel with 2 bottom pieces is an easy fix to stop the small complaints.

We waited 6+ minutes at the drive thru for two ice coffees that were identical; and the man at the window tried to charge us twice after he forgot he already scanned our app (and then argued about it)
Request of the order was not acknowledged and the hashbrowns was not good at all. Service was good at least.

Im gonna be very straight forward i have been to this one 2 times so far and dont have any complaints about this location. But will say this but it is all dunkin donuts when u order a sandwich any sandwich u always taste the microwave/oven on ur food with is not a good thing at all ur food is suppose to not tast like freezer or metal but again this is all the dunkin not just one.

Ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches. Eggs had a distinct overcooked old metallic taste. Ended up with the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. Staff seemed disinterested about in anything except the music they were playing.

everytime ive gone here these workers are so kind. much more welcoming than the farmington ave workers. i love this location and the inside is beautiful.

By landslide worst Dunkin I’ve been to, awful service people there have no respect for other people. I greatly dislike Dunkin as it is but this one sets the bar extra low.

The worst Dunkin Donuts ever, I was just walking in and the cleaning lady told me where to sit. Then continuously walked around me and starring at me while talking on the phone. I don't know who she is but I don't appreciate someone telling me where to sit. What a ridiculous experience like I will eat the tables.
