Kensington Pizza is an absolute gem! This local, family-owned spot has been serving the community for decades, and it shows in everything they do. Their Greek-style pizza is hands down the best in Connecticut — thin, crispy, chewy crust that’s always perfectly cooked and incredibly consistent.
The wings are another favorite of mine — super crispy, flavorful, and just hit the spot every time. But what really sets Kensington Pizza apart is the hospitality. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door.
Beyond the amazing food, Kensington Pizza is a true supporter of the community, regularly helping out with local fundraisers and youth sports teams. It’s places like this that make a town feel like home. I can’t say enough great things about them — if you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

All my family lives in Berlin, we have been spending alot of money in your place, just ordered small pepperoni and black olives pizza this evening 5 / 27 / 25 bottom was burnt, pepperoni was burnt. 2nd time this has happened. Obviously you don't want my business.

Food is always good, but the menu on their website is out of date and they refuse to even acknowledge the problem, blaming it on google. Google doesn't run your website and lack of customer service in even acknowledging the problem means I won't be back.
Edit: One month later and they still can't update their menu.

Drive by this 5 days a week and finally stopped in. Service was AWESOME! The 2 women that took my order and wrang me out we extremely polite, prompt and friendly. I ordered a medium pizza and it was delicious! Can't wait to order from there again soon!

We've ordered from them for years and usually find their food and service to be good, but recently had a bad experience with the owner and won't be back. We like their pineapple pizza, which is a two-topping pizza with red sauce. Both the pineapple and ham are available as regular toppings, but the website prices it as a four topping pizza if the two are taken together. We thought this was an oversight so we normally order as a two-topping. We did this today and when my wife went to pick up the pizza the owner sternly told her that it wasn't fair for us to order the way we did, and claimed we had been told repeatedly not to do this. We had never been told there was a problem before, so my wife and I were upset with the way the owner handled this. There are 7 other pizza restaurants in Berlin. We recommend Central Pizza, they consistently provide friendly and courteous service and excellent food.

We walked in and sat down at an open table ,the waitress (older white lady)with a nasty disposition walked over no greeting annoyed we sat there ,even thou the table was not marked reserved , she made a comment about destroying her Christmas tree and for us not to make her look stupid . This lady did a great job making herself look stupid , this lady should not be in front of customers . Maybe washing dishes in the back would be better for her nasty attitude . I will make sure I tell everyone I know what kind of service to expect here . If you hate your job quit . Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, try being a better person .
