that girl with the braces and black hair is so cute and good at her job love the service and the people, also that girl with the beautiful long brown hair and pretty long lashes aswell as gorgeous full figure is so very cute and amazing at her job. She gave me excellent service, together they gave me my tray of food and wished me a good rest of my day. Doesnt get much better than this! 😁🥹

Quality of food is not as good as it used to be Ordered 6 piece McNuggets & they seem to have been reheated or left u set the heat lamps or something Hard & chewy Not fresh tasting Few weeks ago got a Filet o fish & the bun was all shriveled & fish was hard Threw it out Don’t eat McDonald’s much but in the past was always fresh at this location New management? Anyway so won’t be going back

Why did I get charged 2.50 plus tax for a sausage egg mcmuffin at 5:15am then went back to the same mcdonalds and then get charged 3 plus tax for the same exact thing. And the app says 2.50. Isn't that illegal false advertising. Oh are sausage egg mcmuffin is 2.50 when you go to pay oh no now it's 3 dollars. Wtf I feel a lawsuit coming

Manager on doing I paid for my food and she told me to pull up or she wants a refund my money so I told her to refund my money. She was being very rude at me in front of my kids. My kids was crying very bad.

Awful! Always have to pull over and wait. Always missing items in my order or the wrong order completely.
Really fail to understand how EVERY time I come here I have to park and wait for food. No matter how big or small the order. I understand they have to keep their drive-through times down but at the cost of pissing off the customer every single time it’s just ridiculous. It’s fast food, not pull up and park and wait 10 minutes for your food to come out.

I used to work in the old store on N.B.Road back in the late 70s. The food was alot bigger,the filet was cod fish, and the workers respected the customer and customer service was top notch.today, the food is alot smaller, food prepared very sloppy, and customer service has hit rock bottom. The only thing that has gotten bigger, is the price! Thanks too corporate Greed. Can't even get a free senior coffee. I actually quit eating their food. And it's not only that McDonald's, it's all of them! And Burger King is doing the same.

So everytime I go to McDonald's in Berlin there is this small frame black kid who is a manager there driving reckless in his burgundy Altima. Parking lot dangerous and inside they see you standing and ignores you completely until you say something.. very poor customer service in front. Managers look at people like they are beneath her very rude managers. Very unresponsive managers
