We tried this small, quaint bistro on a whim one day and it was a home run. Since then I've been back several times, ordering something new each time. The food is always excellent. The building is tiny and taken up mostly by the kitchen. However, I appreciate the cozy atmosphere which is somewhere between a cottage and a restaurant. The chef/cashier/owner(?) is always friendly and pleasant. I rarely pass up an opportunity to get lunch at Mimo, and suggest anyone do the same.

Second time coming here and I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food! Aside from a panini, their cookies, and a salad, I'm currently enjoying their Spanish pork and rice.
Portions are just the right size, and everything has this sort of comforting, home-cooked meal vibe. It's almost immediately become a go-to lunch spot during the weekdays for a quick, healthy meal.
Stumbled on to this amazing gem accidentally and I am so happy I did. When I tell you, these are THE BEST cookies I've ever had in my life, there is no exaggeration. Soft, warm, salty, sweet, fluffy perfection. Also the turkey chili bowl was insanely delicious. Can't wait to come back.

Mimo is my "go to" for takeout when I just don't want to cook. Carolina is very welcoming & the food delicious. The ingredients are fresh and healthy with inventive flavors. Vegetarian options too. I like that the meals come in good quality paper containers--no plastic. Mimo is ahead of the curve! Highly recommended.
