A true hidden gem! Though the menu may be on the slightly smaller side, the portion sizes are good, and everything is fresh and tastes amazing. It’s obvious that the owner (who is super sweet) has a passion for cooking and making high quality meals. The chicken banh mi sandwich and the bowl are personal favorites, as well as the Hawaiian Pork Bowl, Thanksgiving sandwich ….and of course the (to-die-for…) chocolate chip cookies.

Was not really sure if they were open but went in anyways and asked. When thr freds deli place was there it was packed all day with people going in and out so it was a bit different seeing the place empty. Tried the cubano and while the San remo bread was of course fabulous the rest of the sandwich was a sloppy mess. The pork was wet with barbecue sauce .. in a cubano. It was OK but I was not impressed. I would try some other options to see how the other sandwiches played out.

Excellent food. Ordered for myself and a few in my family. Asian chicken salad and Cuban sandwich were absolutely great. Wife and mother loved their food as well. I hope this place does well.

I took my boyfriend on an excursion to Mimo Bistro on a rainy Thursday. Mimo has an excellent selfie wall just inside the door. I was thrilled by the gentle pink accents inside this shop. Mimo has an impressive choice of seltzer flavors. I ordered the iced coffee light and sweet and was not disappointed. It was served tableside with a flourish of foamed milk. The food selection was broad ranging from bowls, to salads, to sandwiches. You'll find unique offerings here. I ordered the Mufaletta which the owner explained was inspired by her travels to New Orleans. My boyfriend got the chicken bahn-mi which was equally delicious, served with an Asian slaw and spicy mayo. The owner was exceedingly friendly and welcoming as demonstrated by the warmth of her establishment. She showed us a cozy backyard seating area, which we hadn't noticed. We plan to return when the weather is nicer to enjoy the outdoor space and sample more of the menu.
