Provision State Coffee

I had a pumpkin butter toast from this store, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, the quality is very poor. I’m aware that this business has failed before, and it seems nothing has improved under the new operation. I genuinely recommend people avoid this place—it’s a complete disaster in Connecticut.

Bitter drip coffee and mushy bagel were not what i was expecting when I walked in here.

Toasted bagel with cream cheese isn’t even remotely toasted but feels like it’s undercooked and gummy- combined with lukewarm cream cheese isn’t even appetizing.

Waste of $10

If you have coffee in your name, the one thing that you should do well is coffee. I drink my coffee black and ordered an americano yesterday. It was so bitter that I had to dump it. My wife dumped hers as well. I would not recommend this place for coffee. The atmosphere is pleasant and I’m sure that the food and sugary coffee flavored beverages are ok, but c’mon.

This place is delightful! It was our first time here, discovering it with the Connecticut Coffee Crawl. We were greeted by Wes who was so pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He was so patient with me trying to decide out of all of the amazing menu items which i would enjoy most, explaining what was made from scratch in house. And let me tell you, you taste the difference! I ordered the toffee nut cold foam coffee which was perfectly balanced. You could taste the heavy cream in the cold foam which made it full bodied and flavorful. The drink itself wasn't overly sweet. It was everything you’d want it to be. And they make the toffee in house that they use in the toffee cold foam and the syrup for the coffee. I also had to get the pumpkin ricotta toast after Wes said they make the pumpkin butter in house. Again, the flavor profile was perfect. It all worked so well with eachother balancing. It was definitely the autumn party in my mouth i was looking for! We will be back!

Good snacks, quick service, decent seating. Coffee is ok, but they don't have cold brew. Some of the baked goods are a bit expensive for what they are, but they all taste good.

I highly enjoyed their coffee. They have an assortment of baked goods that I always enjoy. Great atmosphere and place to work, if that’s what you need to do. Some bigger tables for gathering. Great lighting.

We stopped here after hiking Ragged Mountain Preserve. It was such a great after hike treat! I got the salty dog latte and my husband got a regular hot coffee both were a 10/10!! We also got a chocolate chunk cookie and a pop tart which were amazing!! The pop tart was a pumpkin one I’m going to be dreaming about it it was so good. The chocolate chunk cookie was one of the best I’ve had. It was cooked perfectly!

Unfortunately my iced vanilla latte was extremely watered down

I wrote a review on Yelp before but I just have to write one again and say that the rosemary bagel with Turkey and apricot jam is DELICIOUS. I always come here with my mother when I visit Her in Connecticut. Cafe is very clean and bright. Great coffee drinks. Staff very patient and friendly! I recommend Their chocolate chip cookie and their signature PSC nutmegger drink.
