Sage Energy is my happy place. What a wonderful place to go with a large menu of shakes, teas, and in the colder months- warm drinks. I love the variety by of drinks offered. In addition to the regular menu, there are monthly specials and weekly thematic menus as well. Always something, especially for those with dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: As a customer with Gestational Diabetes Keisha was able to modify my orders so that my readings were always within range.

The shake was very good. If you are into legit protein shakes. If you are used to synthetic or watered down protein shakes that taste like a Friendly's milk shake, this is NOT for you. At first it was difficult to drink because I'm not used to it. I couldn't drink all of it at once. I saved some for the next day, but it did give me lots of energy and felt good not to have to eat 1000 calories to feel full. When you buy a shake you get a free tea, which you have to be into low carb tea to like (no extra sweeteners). The owner was very nice. The place is clean and organized. It is a small place though, so I would suggest going for a quick drop in or a date if going to do some activities after or are exhausted from them. I would not come here as a "dessert" place unless, as mentioned, you are into legit protein shakes. You can bring small children as well, but it may get a bit hectic if they like running around. I had the double chocolate shake.

Sage energy has awesome tea’s and shakes, the staff is so sweet and helps you with your every need! It’s clean, and decorated. Kid friendly too they will take out some energy for the littles! Would highly recommend ? I drank some of my tea so that’s why it’s not totally full?

Absolutely disgusting beverage that cost me $15 and made me sick to my stomach. It wasn't actually a tea, but some sort of combination of powders and water. Dumped out mostly the entire thing as it was making me nauseous. Sickeningly artificially sweet. ??

My first time going to this place and I’ll definitely be back! The protein shakes were amazing as well as the teas. Love that the shakes are less than 250 calories. I stopped in after a walk and was greeted by the owner who was friendly. Place was clean and had great ambiance. Definitely underrated, they just opened in April, but this is a hidden gem!I did drink some before taking the pics so excuse the photos, they were filled to the top!
