Ordered a coffee and waited over 15 mins for it when it was already made just not put out. Not a quick in and out but the food’s good at least

Don't let the location fool you ... definitely stop in and you wont be disappointed. Friendly, helpful service. Chicken Milanese sandwich was great! Steak and cheese sandwich also awesome. You can tell both were freshly prepared. Would return to try others.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, the staff was so sweet and very patient. The food was sooooo delicious, the bagels were fresh, nice and soft and the pastries were so good as well. The coffee was just as good as the rest of the things and I loved that. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Everyone was so friendly and there was such a great selection to choose from. I tried the perfect pear latte special which was amazing and the drinks were so pretty. I split the Miss Figgy with my mother and OMG i don't even know happened in my mouth. We will DEF be back!

Wow wow wow. Friendly, helpful service. But the food. Perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. Coffees that taste like what they say without being overly sweet. We will be back again and again.

Saturday Nov 15th. Went for Coffee & a bagel.
Noting that a Saturday would be busy like any local coffee fan favorite shop. But today as a 1st time customer, I won't be returning.
1. Mobile orders were prioritized over the walk in/sit down customers & its was obvious with people standing waiting around with arms crossed figuring out why their food hadn't come out or coffee in OVER 10 minutes from intake of order (even just for coffee & 3 people working)
2. Wait time for 2 Bagels & 2 Coffees - just over 32 minutes! You can see the time your order was put in on the receipt that was insane and it wasn't overly busy inside it was certainly the mobile orders clogging them down
3. They were not calling out the orders when they were ready, no direction to where mobile orders were to pick up vs in house order oick up at end of counter. You kinda just had to touch other people's orders to find out if it was yours or not like what!?
4. The 3 front girls talked about the customers like it couldnt be heard (the place is small)

1st time there, will not be going back.
1 good thing, decent prices but food/coffee taste is DEF MID & service....Painful to be in there waiting as a customer.

Also- 3 people in front making just coffees and it was still over 30minutes? How many people were in the back today doing the food!? Seems like better organization is needed and they need to be more polite along with prioritize in-house over the mobile.

1st time here for breakfast and it was worth it. Super-friendly staff and the bagels and breakfast sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Bacon, egg, and cheese on a sesame bagel was really tasty.

Wow. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!!! So many options for freshly made bagels, locally sourced protein, quality veggies, and homemade sauces. Truly exceptional! And the coffee is superb as well!! Beautiful space to sit and eat, converse with friends, and get some work done. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Wonderful customer service too!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!

Very friendly. I enjoy delivering uber orders for them. Today I gave them a nice compliment about their buisness then I got a free bag of bagels.My daughter said the cheddar bagel was really good .I can’t wait to eat one in the am .Thank you .
