The staff is very friendly, love the clean and new building! It's a great location for a Starbuck's although the parking lot does get busy as it shares space with CVS/Jersey Mike's. The ordering and wait times are very quick! The service is awesome.

This place is super consistent with drink quality & really great customer service. I went there early this morning and my drink was just slightly off than usual and the cashier (wish I got her name) was so kind ! I usually feel terrible asking for a drink to be fixed but she was so understanding and did not make me terrible about it. I have had a bad experienced elsewhere one time and it stopped me from purchasing for awhile. Just want to say this will be my go-to location because they are always right on point and super quick too.

Very disappointed. First of all there was no one at the counter to wait on me. Someone was taking a break. It took about 10 minutes to get someone to come to the counter, but I waited patiently for my iced coffee. Unfortunately, when I asked for that, I was told they didn’t have any. Walked out pretty disgusted.

I’m not fond of the employees that work there they are a bit stuck up and hard to talk to when you want your drink made a specific way. The inconsistency is brutal when they are making my coffee and I feel like there is tension from them to be on the same page. When I feel like I’m on the same page after the order is made i would say thank you and no one ever responded, although I noticed they responded to men who look like they have money. I don’t like that any Starbucks allows tipping via card reader before you get your items. I fell victim every time when my drink was made wrong and they gave me a hard time. Example I tipped them 3$ and they deliberately ignored making my order for 10 mins, me being the only customer in the lobby to order. I would say this place is great when you’re not a regular and a dude for girls to hit on just for the tips. I won’t go back here I rather drink Dunkin’ Donuts And another local shop for their exotic coffee blend because they have such amazing customers service, less attitude and their coffee isn’t all to bad. Ps I don’t recommend cookie crumble frape it’s a waste of space in your cup when whip cream is at bottom and top of the drink and it just tastes awful.

This is pretty decent Starbucks. The drinks and food and staff are excellent My one complaint is that they run out of certain food items in the afternoon which can be frustrating.

Service is ok but the lack of attention to mobile orders is astounding. I’ve placed multiples orders through the app for ease of service to have my order be wrong more than once.
Ordered a venti white macadamia cream cold brew with extra foam and extra crunchy toppings. This is what I got ? melted cold foam and a *sprinkle* of topping.

Why is it so hard to find great, friendly customer service!? I'm constantly tipping generously at this location $5-$8 each daily trip. Today was my last visit at this particular one.drive thru woman kept asking me for my order as I'm replying, another RUDE employee hops on the order talking over me and the woman, trying to rush the order, I asked for an iced coffee with cream, was asked if it's "light cream" I want ..NEVER have I been asked that.. I kindly said, "Not sure, just the regular cream you all normally put in it" the 2nd RUDE lady hops on the Intercom & says, "I hate when people do that" in a nasty attitude way. So I replied, "I'm so sorry u hate that" Neevously giggling, she said Oh I was talking to you, I was talking about another order!.... There was Noone else in the line, even if there was, why is she feeling the urge to speak so negatively about a customer!?!?!?!?!? Done tipping nicely, done visiting. I could NEVER speak negatively about customers where I work, nor would i... common sense, and curtesy. This happened at 2:58pm. RUDE SERVICE, DONT BOTHER W THIS LOCATION

So happy Starbucks is in town! And there is hardly ever a long wait! But I will say they do mess up drinks quite often and aren’t very friendly. Some of the staff are but most are rude and don’t even acknowledge you. Hopefully that changes.
