My sandwich was absolutely laughable. I ordered a foot long and my sub had barely anything on it, barely any meat, barely any peppers, definitely go to the subway on berlin rd in cromwell instead of this place if you want a sub that will actually full you up.

The girl could barely understand English let alone speak it… I asked for the $6.99 meal deal. Get to the check out, and everything is charged separately… then tells me she didn’t fill the soda machine so I can’t do the meal deal.. one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Ever.

Whoever set the thermostat and locked it at 80 in a place where ovens are constantly running and people sit down to eat is wild. All I did was order and I’m soaked. Most veggies were also brown and discolored. Do better.

By far the worst subway ive ever had the misfortune of ordering from. It is understaffed, veggies looked old and had begun to brown, and they did not have enough roast beef to complete my sandwich. The woman working there was very stressed out and was doing everything she could to work with the mess of a store she was given. Also, the "remodel" is a joke. Ive seen section 8 apartments that have better paint jobs and lighting. Again, the employee was very good but management seems to not care at all about the customer

I’m a regular customer at this subway since I work down the street …. Today I went in and was told I had to wait “a really long time “ because the lady who was working there had to make a bunch of mobile orders first … mind you I’m the only person in the store and all I get is turkey and cheese!!! It would have took her all of 2 minutes to make my sandwich and instead she turned down a customer. Really unprofessional and rude.
Just walked a mile to get something to eat. Online says open till 9:00 pm, door says open till 9:00 pm but the girl has the doors locked at 8:11 pm putting everything away ignoring potential customers. Still hungry but did get a 2 mile walk in. What’s going on in this world???
