I used to be a regular at this subway, the old owner, tony owned this subway for over 30 years, and recently sold it. The nearly 10+ people they had working here all left with him it seemed like as they got all new staff that do not care about anything and have cut the amount of labor by more than half. The chips are full of holes from mice eating them, everything is pre portioned and all corporate now. I do not recommend.

Second time they have charged me an extra $5 out of nowhere. Hate to leave a negative review but you can’t steal from people. Sign said 5.29 for a chicken wrap I purchase two and the person tells me it’s $16. She calls her manager and says “oh yeh the price went up we just didn’t change the board.” Zero effort to accommodate the customer. Last time they accidentally added two large drinks to our order. Girl made a delicious sandwich just watch the order total.

Ryann said she was the manager she was very rude she didn’t have my order ready for my dasher I didn’t get my chips that I paid for or my drink that I paid for and when I called she told me to stop being lazy and doordashing my food and come get it my sister in law is a manager for subway in Bristol I’m definatly going to be reporting her to corporate and I have the phone call recorded of what she said and what I said she should not be in charge she also invited me over there to fight 🤔

Obviously my first visit to where I gave five stars was a fluke cuz my visit today was pathetic to have to explain to the gentleman who waited on me to put more than a tablespoon of lettuce on my sub and spread it out through the whole sub is ridiculous I shouldn't have to ask for normal amount of lettuce and tomato especially for a 12 $13 sub. Perhaps Subway should focus on making it more affordable and quality for those of us who aren't the wealthy Stars they overpaid do their stupid commercials bye-bye Subway.
I was waited on by Courtney and this was literally the most amazing experience at a subway I've ever had and the best subway sandwich I ever had.

Ugghhh the ppl r nice. But where’s the fresh sliced cold cuts. The bread 🥖 is ahhh. Ill eat subway if I have too. Ehhhh I’d rather skip a meal. I think we wld better off w a “Jerzey Mikes” who ever the manager of subway is…. We’ll he has def dropped the ball. And it’s rolling down Farmington

I can't believe how expensive they have gotten. The sandwiches aren't bad but boy.l did those prices launch! Overall the location was clean, well taken care of and the AC was nice and cold which is certainly appreciated.
Staff is friendly, food is good. I like to get lunch from this place.BMT or Tuna are/were my go-to subs...In light of news stories in regard to Subway Tuna fish not actually being Tuna, but instead some sort of mixture of other fishes, I will probably just stick with the BMT Subway subs moving forward. My choice of bread varies between the Italian or wheat, but I always get it with Provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, green peppers, black olives, jalapenos, and a dash of salt and pepper. Sometimes I get a splash of oil and vinegar, but often times I get it without it so I can let it sit or only eat half (six inches) and save the other half for later or the next day without the bread getting soggy.
