Service is great...but recently got food poisoning here. Such a shame. Won't ever be going back. Had a feeling after seeing the brown lettuce and odd tasting olives I should have stayed away.

The app wouldn't take my order to Bogo. I complained about it to the 2 young fellas,they said there's no manager and they couldn't help me. I did purchase 1 foot long and 1 half.. 1 server didn't bother to ask what I'd like on my order. NO discount at all. Do not advertise to your faithful customers on the app and NOT go through it. That's dishonest!!!

My go-to subway. Meatballs are cold. Call to let them know (nothing more, I can reheat). Phone just rang for over a minute, I just left 5mins ago. Store had 2 customers , 3 workers I saw. No one can answer the phone? How do you not get annoyed by a constant ringing phone?!? DONT GET THE MEATBALLS! THEY ARE FROZEN IN THE CENTER!

on 10/10/22 I went there with a friend for a quick sandwich, walked in gave the young man my order, my friend was next in line, the other young man working there ignored him and took the order of another customer behind him instead. my friend asked 3 times if someone was going to take his order. He was ignored and then a young lady came out from the back room and started to take his order. I then asked why they skipped over my friend and got no apology and the customer who was waited on before my friend turned and said, one staff member waits on a couple when they come in. not in the order that they come in to order.. HOW RUDE THEY ALL WERE THERE.. Then I went to pay for my order and the rude punk ( this young rude guy) at the register who had been rude to my friend) walked away from the register and refused to cash me out. RUDEST STAFF I'VE EVER MET. I WALKED OUT AND TOLD HIM TO KEEP THE SANDWICH. iF YOU WANT A GOOD SANDWICH GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. Staff there need customer service training badly,

I live in meriden and i purposely drive to this specific subway because the food and service is just better. Ingrients taste and look fresh, bread is soft and people are friendly. A++
Not sure what the employees name was but it's Thursday June 2nd almost 7pm. Just wanted to say he was super polite and took the time to make the sandwiches nice. And it tasted great (I had a pizza sub with bacon ?). Ppl always take the time to complain but we rarely do the same when we get good service. I just wanted to let the management know that I got really good service and this employee did a really good job. The subway near my house in Rocky Hill is beyond awful. So bad I vowed I would never go back. This one is on my way home so looks like this is my new subway.
