Ordered delivery today and got my food after an hour because of a lot of orders which is understandable but getting a crunchwrap with barely anything in it and getting a cheese quesadilla with barely any cheese isn't worth the money I spent. With this being my first crunch wrap supreme after hearing so many people saying how much they like them did not win me over. I got the bottom of the nachos bag I guess because my nachos are just little pieces and I paid extra for supreme tacos but these dont look supreme. I had this quality issue with this taco bell the last two times I ordered from them and gave one more chance and they proved to me that they just dont care. I worked at Taco bell before and i dont want to hear that because it is so busy they couldn't make my food the way it should be. The team I worked with made sure people got food with the proper amount of meat, vegetables, and sauce. Quality and care has definitely deteriorated.

I used the drive thru, the guy who took my order was very polite and helpful. He had a great sense of humor and seemed very cool! I asked him what he like best on the menu and he advised me to get the grill chicken cheese burrito. He asked if I’d like to make it a combo, and I said yes! The next window is where it got even better, even the cook in the background had a great sense of humor, he said hey what’s up and said hey man have a great day. He passed over the bag to the guy in the window who took my order. They where all happy looking men enjoying their time at work. It made me smile! Good job guys. I didn’t get their names but ok posting a pic of my order number for verification and hopefully they are recognized for their great customer service.

My daughter ordered Doritos supreme combo and asked for no tomatoes. My husband asked to substitute cheddar cheese on the chicken chalupa for nacho ( get charged extra for this)cheese NO tomatoes, NO sour cream, No lettuce. Asked to keep the beef soft taco just no lettuce. The guy on the drive thru asked that we confirm if everything was correct. And yes it was. Once we get home EVERYTHING is wrong. Tomatoes, lettuce sour cream on EVERYTHING. Order was completely wrong.
